I think I read one book. :P I read an off-shoot series from it, but... well. I abandoned it and never looked back when I started reading Animorphs. XD

Anyway, I think they should make the new release books thicker, like maybe combine 3 books into one. But then again there'll be 3 themes  :P might not work... but I personally think it'd be nice and would worth the wait. I mean one book that thin every three months?
