Tarry gave the wildest, feircest, angry parrot screach his mouth parts would make and then he flapped off into the sky, <I will be counting the hours, and do not forget about your new enemies, they are everywhere.> Tarry flew a little ways and then landed on a the roof of a pizza shop, it was flat and had plenty of shade. The parrot in him felt nervous and longed to be on a tree branch high in the sky. Tarry, the once mighty andalite now trapped as a humble earth bird, sat down to wait.
Meh.

"SHOO! Dumb bird!" Brian said just for show. "Is it just me, or was that little exchange a little weird?" The bus driver honked behind him, causing him to jump and fall over, barely catching himself on the side of the bus.

"You're holding up the line, sweetheart." said the driver.

"Sorry..." Brian walked to the middle section and slid into a seat. This is a little strange....

Jo didn't know if it was a good idea to sit with the others so she sat by herself and began to draw pictures of what she thought an Andalite in its true from would look like.

    Ultor was in his office, sipping a delightful human drink that he, personally, was trying for the first time, when the news came in. The yeerk under-general (sub-visser) had just decided that he quite enjoyed hot chocolate when a loud pounding noise came from the other side of his office door. <That reminds me of a poem, called the raven, by poe> Ultor ignored his host remark- he cared little for human poetry- and flung the door open.
    "What is the meaning of disturbing me in this way?" He asked the woman who cowered under his gave, "I was enjoying a human drink and you have quite ruined the experience.
    <your going to make the poor girl girl cry,> his host said with something of a chuckle in his 'voice'. His dear host loved to narrate, as if Ultor care about what he thought. <I know that you, at the very least, enjoy my company...> It was true, Ultor had developed something like a friendship with this human.
    "Sir, my lord, we have most disturbing news, it seems that an extremely suspicious event occured at a customs check point in a nearby(?) part of the state. Several of your men reported seeing things that made no since by human standards and decided that andalites might be the missing piece to the puzzel."
     Ultor moved back over to his desk and sat down once again, coco forgotten; "Bring the witnesses to me immediatly and begin infesting all of the workers at this customs check point, the humans who are not under our controll may have seen something even more important." Ultor picked up the phone on his desk and dialed Regalis, "Get in here" he snapped. The sub-visser stood and opened the door, indicating that the woman should leave, "one more thing, if you ever knock like that again you will die."
      The woman looked at him with fear, "yes sub-visser 2"
Meh.

Sean stepped on and walked to the back of the bus, where a few other adults from the trip were. He made some small talk, which he really didn't care for, and then fell asleep, only snoring slightly.

Two sets of wings, a sharp beak and tail feathers made of razors.  Yeah right.  But drawing kept her from thinking about the mission ahead.

The bus pulled up at the school at about 5:00 pm. The parking lot was full of parents and friends welcoming home the students as they offloaded from the bus. People seemed to hang around for a while, and then left shortly after.
Sean figured they should all do the same. All of the kids had already deboarded when he'd woken up. He went out quickly to find them. Brian walked by him, heading towards the storage compartment on the other side of the bus.

"We'll meet tomorrow at the coffee shop on 23rd Street, 2:00 pm." Brian whispered as he passed. He'd already told the others in the same way, so that none of them would try and talk about it. Partly, he didn't want anyone to overhear, and partly, he just wanted to go home.

Jo picked her things together.  She was shaking head to foot because the friendly face that smiled all around her might be a mask that an evil alien was wearing.  When her dad hugged her, she made sure his ear was no where near hers.

OOC: "Snoring lightly" and "ear far away from the other" just made me lol.
Perhaps Sean could meet up with Mrs. Black?

IC:

Stretching his legs, Chad climbed out of the bus and looked around. Strangely, everything had taken on a different appearance of sorts now that...well, everything had changed. He looked for his mother, though he couldn't see her. He wondered if his dad would talk with his mom. Chad rolled his eyes. He went to take his bags from the other side of the bus.

Sean followed Brian after stretching for a moment, and retrieved his luggage. When he came around the other side of the bus, he was a little surprised to see Sherry there. He didn't really want to deal with his Ex right now... their faked pleasant conversations just weren't important. But for Chad's sake... "Hello, Sherry..." He said. She nodded slightly. "Sean. How was the trip?" "It was great. It'll definitely be one to remember." He felt weird mentioning its importance even in code. "Oh wonderful. What did Chad think?" "Oh he loved the experience." "Did either of you get sea sick?" "We got a little nauseous at times, but we were mostly fine." "Oh that's good..." The conversation carried on like that for a little while, but he was glad when it was over. Why did he ever.... Chad came up to the two of them and gave his mom a hug. They talked a bit; they were obviously actually interested in what the other said. "Hey Chad, it was a great trip." Sean said. "We've definitely got to start spending more father-son time together. I'll see ya later, buddy." Chad walked off, got in his car, and drove home. He was very distracted by how much interacting with Chad's mom had bothered him....

Kristin spent the bus ride alone in the back of the bus.  She was normally an outcast at school so she had to play the part.  She reviewed everything that had happened to her in the past few hours.  Suddenly she had the power to change into animals and she had to use that power to fight evil sluglike aliens that were planning on taking over the entire human race.  It was overwhelming but Kristin decided she was going to just stay calm and handle whatever this new life threw at her.  After contemplating this information for a while, Kristin eventually fell asleep.

A few hours later, the bus stopped and Kristin woke up.  She exited the bus and retrieved her suitcase and went over to her parents who had been waiting for her.  Normally, Kristin would be ecstatic to see them but everything had changed.  They might be Controllers.  However, Kristin knew that she had to act normal so she wouldn't seem suspicious.  She hugged both her parents, trying to see if anything they did was different and Controllerlike, even though she knew that Controllers acted like normal everyday people and she wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

"How was your trip sweetheart?  Did you make any new friends?" her mother said.

"It was unforgettable!  And I was friendly with a few people," Kristin replied.  She was unsure if she should mention her new friends but decided to mention it slightly only because she would probably be spending more time with them.

"That's great!" her dad said  "Let's get your stuff in the car and go home."

Kristin headed to the car with her luggage, but before she left, she caught Chad's eye and waved at him before geting into the backseat of the car and driving off.

(((ask in OOC thread and Bear will get back to you)))

"Did you look at the tapes?"
"Yes," Jalzar 721 answered.  "A magnet was used to erase them."
"I thought so," the guard said.  "Something was wrong with Olivia when she took the tapes from me."
"Like an Andalite in morph?" Jalzar asked.
"You don't think..."
"I was tolled to ask," Jalzar interrupted.
"I had no idea she was just acting odd."
"I'll inform the others to take Olivia at the first opportunity we have.  In the mean time I would like to see who she let in to the country today."

Jo was a little disappointed that only her dad came to pick her up.  "Where are Miriam and Merlin?"
"Your Miriam could not get out of today's broadcast and Merlin is off doing something the some friend from college.  Did any thing happen on the trip?"
Jo faked a smile and answered as she got in the car, "Well mom was right.  Puerto Rico is beautiful."

OOC: *looks at the GM*

IC:

Chad smiled at Kristin, and then turned to his mother.
"Do you want to go out to eat?" his mother asked.
Chad shrugged. "Sure, why not?"
"Pizza?"
"Great."
~~~
Chad stuffed another bite of pizza into his mouth, still thinking over the strange events of the last day. It was hard to believe that it had really happened. That is, if they had happened. But they had.
"You're awfully quiet, son," Mrs. Black remarked.
"I...just don't feel like talking much. I'm tired. Can we go home as soon as we're done?" He wasn't really tired, though. And he felt bad about lying now.
"All right."
Josefina stepped out of the car and was greeted by Samantha, the family dog.  "Hey, girl.  Did you miss me?"  Jo petted the dog but could not bring herself to acquire it with her dad watching.
"Yes, she did," Mr. Woodhouse said.  "So I'm planing on having your favorite dinner tonight."
Jo stopped dead while walking to the house.  "Lobster?"
"You bet."
