This next one was inspired by a conversation in the ^<V with Morfowt and John, as well as by the book with Star Trek references made by Marco. It takes some lines from a Star Trek spoof.
T.O. on the Blade Ship: Captain! There is an unidentified ship approaching at BLOODY HELL, SHE'S REALLY MOVING!!
Meanwhile, on board the Rachel...
Marco: Tobias, man, you just need to get OVER her, already. I mean, you knew her for what, a few years? That's nothing, in the grand scheme of things!
Tobias: <It is nearly a fifth of the life-span of a Red-Tailed Hawk.>
Marco: I KNOW, really, I know, but you need to at least stop blaming this on Jake! How was HE to know that she had chosen that PARTICULAR day to go outside while wearing a RED morphing suit?
Tobias: <You'd better not be implying what I THINK you're implying!!>
Marco: Tobias, let's be honest with each other. After all the time she's spent around me, a die-hard Trekkie, she HAD to realise what it would mean!
Tobias: <Shut up now, Marco, if you want to keep those eyes inside that skull!>
Marco: Your threats mean nothing, man. Face it. Rachel KNEW that it was suicide to wear anything red off the ship. Rachel WANTED to die.
Tobias: <NOOOOooooo. Shut UP shut UP shut UP!!>
Marco: She WANTED to die, and she knew that the red suit would allow her to go out in a blaze of glory. She wanted to go out like a martyr, and the red suit did just that.
