The Chee should help I believe...

And the controller sin Damien's life would be his parents, since they are the only people he knows except for his four year old sister, yeerks don't want hosts that are to young. And I also want Damien to try and 'save' his sister after the night of the lock in, like he heads to her day care to 'pick her up'.

Damien's Morphs would be, if he could get them....

Wolf (If two people can have the wolf morphs, I wuv them)
Spotted-necked otter
Dolphin
Guenon (A type of Monkey)
Harris's Hawk
Barn Owl
Fly
****roach
That'sssss a very nice possssst you have there... It'd be a sssshame if something happened to it...

If you get the reference above you will get a cookie, an imaginary cookie, but a cookie none-the-less!

Alright, every thing is good in here and is stamped with GM-y approval. In order for the Chee to help, the characetrs will have to tell them that they were exposed.  Also, they'd have to come up with a reason to explain how they could 'play' as your characters- as of now, the Chee have set it up so that Alice is a normal teen just like you. How will your character accept that a classmate knows of robots who can do holograms?

Damien, if he saves his sister, who will look after her while he attends school/Animorph things?

I am assuming Alice will start leading the group 'home' and they will arrive shortly to acquire the power and talk to Jenny.

I take it this safe-house that was mentioned will be Jenny's house with Jenny's parents? or did u mean Alice's parents? I wasn't quite sure there. I'll assume it to mean Alice's friend's house and parents.

Also, u mention it'll be a few minutes drive, but it'll be a tight squeeze getting all those people into Eddie's car... Unless he does two trips, or something... I mean, the car comfortably seats 4 passengers and the driver. Conceivably 4 could be squeezed along the back bench-seat, with another laid across their laps, and two could sit in the front passenger seat, one on top of the other's lap, maybe someone might fit into the boot (trunk) but that would be be very uncomfortable for all but the driver, not to mention highlly illegal on the road if they should be spotted by police or something... Ya, 2 trips may be the better option...

I said 'On Chee - net, Alice was contacted with the address of a 'safe house' that would function as her own, complete with Jenny and a set of parents. ' which means the person Jenny that Alice introduced and a set of Chee to play Alice's parents (as Alice's father did call Damien.)

It will be a five minute drive in the car. You can decide who is driven first and who waits IC, that sort of obvious thing doesn't need GM approval or anything.

Just a quick quick idea before we start deciding who goes and who stays....

If the Chee are going to help with hiding Damien, Kasey and whoever else that needs to be hidden, this might be the time to do it...Eddie could take those people first and then Alice/the Chee could quickly de-brief them...if that makes sense.

*Nods*

It would be a good time. The Chee 'temping' would need to speak to the temped people for some time. Its possible to come back and do the history lesson the next day, but it would need to be done before the Chee can temp any one.

Also, no ones explained the need for hologram doubles to the Chee...

Hello,

I wanted to check in with you on how you felt about the RP.  Is it moving too fast? Too slow?  Let me know here.

If you're ready to get the power, be sure to tap Fu. I'm sure he's waiting because he doesn't want to rush you, but if you're ready go ahead and say so.

Just thought I'd add a few more notes:

One of the reasons I wait so long between posts is to give everyone a chance to post for their char(s) in between, so we don't accidentally leave someone behind.

Please don't assume my characters are stood idly doing nothing just because I haven't posted them yet. If I want for them to idly do nothing, I'll post that they're doing nothing.

Remember: Inaction is still an action, a choice that should only be made for a character by its player or the GM (or substitute player, if one is nominated).

If you've tagged a character that hasn't responded yet, and you can't post again until they do, the OOC is the place to say so. That, or contacting that player directly (IM etc).

I hope what I've said makes sense and doesn't upset anyone.

My second note is a reminder that compound-eyes are not fully tricked by Pemalite holograms (See book #10: The Android). Alice (and the other Chee) already know this, and so she will be wary any time bug-morphs are involved. - Until such time as her true identity is revealed one way or another anyway. I believe the same should also hold-true for Andalite/Yeerk holograms, as their technology is not as advanced as the Pemalites.

I'm fine with the pace so far, but I understand if people would rather hurry up and get the gift. My main concern is that the time it'd take for us to get the morphing power, figure out what battle morphs are (have we even clarified we can morph animals? So far, all of Alice's morphs have been of people), acquire some and then break into the community center is more time than it'd take for the list to disappear.

I can deal with the pace, but I'd love it if we could kick it up a few notches. :P

Uh... what am I supposed to make Damien do exactly? It said Alice walked into the car park, signaled the all clear and walked off in a random direction... so what does Damien do, they didn't discuss a plan or anything....

Yeah the random direction is a bit.. random.  I suppose that was an all clear for no surveillance, so he could move in.

I am planning a GM post, so every one please post after it- and clearly state where you are as we now have two groups in different locales and don't want to reply to people who aren't there!

Kasey in the back seat of Eddie's car, sitting behind Reece, and next to Torrence.
