I watched in horror as Visser 3 lifts up Elfangor with one of ist monstrous tentacles, the andalite tail struck again and again but it was futile, and even in those last instants Elfangor managed to, I don't know, not talk, simply projected the knowledge into my head. Was the others getting it? It didn't seem that way. As I felt my head jerk back as if being hit by something as I knelt back down behind the wall with my friends as the images appeared.

One instant there was nothing, the next, an image of what appeared to be a lake the color of molten lead in the middle, and I knew, simply knew that was a yeerk pool, and that the yeerks had to go there and leave there hosts every 3 days or they would die of kandrona ray starvation, what was a kandrona? good question, but I knew it was vital and there was a ton more images I didn't understand but would have time for later. But then there was one that caught me for some reason, a girl who I didn't know but something about it..

I then shook my head some to clear my mind some and hope to get back to the images soon as I look back up and over at Elfangor and Visser Three in a moment next I will never forget.

He started to eat Elfangor. I've barely seen anything scarier than a rollarcoaster at the gardens. But this was pant ruining horror.

One piece of Elfangors body fell to the ground were the Taxxons ate it greedily.
Then the Visser demorphed, back to his almost cute andalite body and in a mockery tone he said.
-Ah, nothing like a good Antarean Bogg to... take a bite out of you enemies.-   I have seen every horror movie you can imagine, so the sight of blood wasnt likely to frighten me, but that was a screen and this was reality. It was to much for me, I backed away from the others a few feet and threw up holding my knees for balance. A Hork-Bajir moved! He must have heard me but apparently the others hadnt because they remainded in their places, cheering at what the Visser had just done. The Hork-Bajir walked towards us, the darkness of the night and the wall shielded us from his sight but my heart was pounding so fast I was amazed he couldnt hear it beating.

((It just occured to me, and maybe this is explained in the andalite chronicles and I dont remember it, why didnt Elfangor just morphed to cure his wounds? Or turned into a Kafid bird or whatever and flew the hell out of there))

I flinched a bit when Sam puked next to us, but my attention was centered in how would we ever get out of there alive. Next rhing I knew the Hork-Bajir was standing next to us, I dont know who panicked first, I guess it was me because I was up and runing before I knew what I was doing, I just ran out of there as fast as I could hoping the others would follow...

Jake started to run. I followed him, since I think Sam puking got the Hork-Bajir's attention. I was running even slower then before. Running isn't my strength. But somehow I managed to get out of there anyway and back home.

One if those things, hork bjair? It was close. Jake and Cassie ran. I was suprised and mildly annoyed. I threw one "can you believe them" look at Rachel.

I watched in pure shock at Elfangor being ate. At that moment I complete hated Visser Three for doing that. Then I heard Sam puking and the Hork-Bajir as the next thing I knew, I was up and running back toward my home.

I was up and running, and let me tell you something, Ive always been good during sports at school, you know, football, soccer, baseball, but I had never ran for my life, and doing so for the first time, gave a whole knew meaning to the word "run", I must have broken some world record, basically all of my friends had strated running before them, yet I catched up with them and actually passed them, after that I simply went home. I expected to get some peace and quiet but a discussion with my parents about being late and an almost- sleepless night didnt helped.

I ran and ran and ran. And as I ran, I really hoped it was all just a dream.Somehow I made it home. I don't know how. I have no memories of anything after that last
sight of the Hork-Bajir.
I wish I had no memories of anything that happened that night. If only I could forget it all . . .
I called around to the others. Everyone was shaky, but they were all alive.
