"Yeah," Terenia grumps. "Let's go." She sighs, unfolding her arms and moving forward in the direction Illim indicated. She bites her lip, glancing towards the ground, indecision clouding her thoughts again.
<<Everyone thinks that this is such a fantastic opportunity with Ossanlin,>> she frets. <<Ugh, I just want all of this to be over with.>>
<<Evidence?>> Efaen looks surprised. <<What evidence do I need beyond the fact that they are Yeerks? They have evolved as creatures of deceit.>> She turns her main eyes to him, regarding the Andalite nothlit carefully. <<It is half a solution because it achieves half of their supposed means. Based on the information that I have gathered these rebellion members seek a union between host and Yeerk. While their intentions are, admittedly, honorable ->> Efaen winces slightly, as if saying that much is painful, <<- they are not feasible. How many sapient beings would accept a Yeerk into their head? Even those voluntary hosts that are a part of the rebellion undoubtedly did not begin voluntary.>>
"Thanks," Trey says gratefully, reaching over and grabbing a handful of chips. He shoves them into his mouth, chewing thoughtfully as Jasper explains his situation.
"Well," he says, swallowing and taking a swig of water, "I'm from Earth. So is Elayne. It isn't only the where you have to be concerned about here, but the when as well." He offers Jasper a small smile. "Most humans here seem to come from some variation of Earth, at least."
