Hey everyone,

Essam wanted me to post this, but just fyi: Until tomorrow, you can order the first two books of the reprint for 50% off. Scholastic has a discount of 30%, and you can also use the promo code "SCIENCE" to get an additional 20% off!

disclaimer: my knowledge of percents is always a little sketch, so idk whether those two discounts are applied simultaneously or on top of each other. It may turn out to be a little less than 50%, but that's just such a nice round even number I had to go with it. Either way, it's a good incentive to commit your love to this fandom, right? :)

I ordered them this morning with both discounts, it IS about 50% off!  Now I just hope they ship sooner than the release date... ;D

And they're reasonably priced!  If they keep up like this it will be under $400 for the whole thing.

Wow that is so neat.But sadly I am still trying to find all of the first released book series as well as the VHS's that was made.

I replied on the blog, but check to see if they have a cancellation policy and if you can re-order them again (just make sure they are still in stock and on sale if you're going to do that though :P)

If you're looking for the first print, Ebay is the way to go. That's where I got all the ones I was missing.

You call $6.99 a book reasonably priced? I remember when they cost $5.40. After taxes. Hell, I have some of books which a $3.99 sticker on em.

Issam is my real name. Essam is a character from the Animorph books. More specifically:

[spoiler]Visser One's dead lover. Pronunciation for both names is the same, which is why I found it hilarious when I first read Visser. I just had to pick it as my screen name, lol. :P[/spoiler]

I know who Essam is. In fact, that was me who added his character infobox a few days ago. I've been going crazy with Animorphs on Wikipedia. Also, I think they're pronounced differently: Essam has a short "e" sound, and Issam, I would think, has a short "i" sound.

Woah I knew it was pre-sale and all, but I didn't think they'd be shipping out books so soon. I thought they'd wait till it got just a little closer to the re-release date...
