To recognizable. Most people now a days would see a T-rex and recognize it from skeletons, museum exhibits and the fictitious representations.

A dinosaur that was less recognizable might be mistaken for a new species of lizard or something and while it would attract attention from the populace, the Yeerks might not be able to identify it right away and it would cement the idea of Andalites rather than humans.

After doing some research on Wikipedia I discovered that the Velociraptor in Jurassic Park was based on the Deinonychus (I also reread MM #2) I would therefore like to change my Time Matrix morph, but I will still keep the other two. So now my list looks like this.

Alien: Na'avi (Avatar)

Time Matrix: Deinonychus

Present Day Earth: Silver-back Gorilla

You should see my other Gunblade. ;)

Bazing Angel is my Flaming brother.......No, no, no he's NOT gay, just Flaming. :P

Height? About 14 feet tall. 42 feet long.

My Giganotosaurus? 14 feet tall, and 43 feet long. ^^

EDIT

Sorry guys, when I click on the latest post it keeps sending me a page back. That was an answer to Blaze's question about Tyrannosaurus.

Avatars.....are not......fourteen feet tall. If anything the tallest ones are eleven feet, amd heigt isn't always an advantage. And they don't have that much of a strength advantage over a hork bjair

Well if not a Na'vi, then definitely the Thanator from Avatar. The big black six-legged cat creature.

Why does it seem like half the people on this board don't know how to spell "Hork-Bajir"? I've seen many different misspellings of the word, and it befuddles me. I mean, come on! We're on the Animorphs board! We've read the books! I would expect us all to know the correct spellings of fictional words created in those books!

Hork-Bajir
Ellimist
Iskoort
ect...

Sorry for the off-topic rant, but my geek wire got tripped. Back to the previous discussion!

..apparently, you didn't find the comma apostrophe to be needed either. :P

And I figure if K.A. Applegate went to the trouble to put in a hyphen every time she spelled the word "Hork-Bajir" than probably it's supposed to be there. Considering it's her word, I figure she gets to decide how it's spelled, and well, that's how it's always spelled anytime it's seen.

But uh, to contribute to the conversation....

Alien: .....y'all might think me crazy, but I might actually pick a Goa'uld from Stargate. Snakes over slugs any day. :P

Earth: Kodiak Bear. Duh? I mean, really, what else could I get away with putting here.

Time Matrix: Heck, I'd probably go with a velociraptor or whatever it was *supposed* to be. Y'know, the five-ish foot tall deadly ones. Don't care for the name, I just want the claws.

Ocean: I think that Tiger Shark is a must. 'course, I like Saltie's better, but a shark is a smarter choice, I think.

Bear, that's an apostrophe, not a comma.
