Why hello, I am new.

Well, sort of. I joined a while ago, e-book project, audio books.

I play Jake's father and the Drode. I think I'd have a good 'David' voice, but i joined too late.

I am 23 years old, I am the registrar at a school inside of a Juvenile Detention Facility, which is fun.  ::)
I hate reading unless the story draws me in away from the world. If i'm reading and the TV or a song is able to distract me, i put the book down. Anything written by K.A. envelopes me completely. She is a godsend!

Yeah, if i'm watching TV, or changing the volume on my laptop, the volume HAS to be in multiples of 5. If I'm wacthing a movie with a friend and s/he changes the volume to 24, I'll move it up one.

yay sum1 older than me! altho come thursday we will be the same age, but still. welcome!


and its kinda good ur like that with books actually cuz with me, i HAVE to finish the book ASAP, i cannot put it down. i wana know what hapens! even if the book isnt tha good, i still wana know the end. which means i will spend a good 4 or 5 hrs reading a 400 pg book from start to finish. and then the ending will suck and ill be pissed i wasted so much time.

You won't believe this, but when I replied to you I actually typed out how I always have to have my tv volume going up in fives, but then i deleted it coz I thought you'd find it weird.

HELLo Parker!! I'm a bit late... no, I'm really late! I was in vacations, you know, visiting other places, no stress, no invasion, no stupid Taxxons around me... well... I saw you on the ebook project ^^ I'm glad you joined, and so quickly!!! I usually present the different projects we have on RAF, but maybe you already know all of them... Anyway, if you don't know some of them, read this:

- The Ebooks project: Animorphs (http://animorphsforum.com/forum/index.php?board=14.0), Remnants (http://animorphsforum.com/forum/index.php/topic,157.0.html <= finished) and Everworld (http://animorphsforum.com/forum/index.php/topic,331.0.html); we just miss Everworld #10 now, but the other ebooks need to be cleaned a little (mistakes, we don't know where the chapters begin and finish, etc.) so if you wanna be a beta-reader/correcter...

- RAFipedia: http://animorphsforum.com/forum/index.php?board=22.0, an encyclopedia headed up by Estelore, our star (a true star, who make light and burn in space... but she has a body to come on Earth);

- the Audiobooks project: http://animorphsforum.com/forum/index.php?board=15.0, a full-cast audio version of Animorphs who need more "actors" and voices, headed by MrGuy, Morfowt and Wildweathel;

- the Translation project: http://animorphsforum.com/forum/index.php/topic,1907.0.html, a recently started project/mutual support group for translations into other languages; currently only in French (Tocade, Anidragon and myself), Chinese (Morfowt), Indonesian (Nat), Swedish (Mira and Zana), and Esperanto (Wildweathel); we translate only the volumes never edited in our countries/languages, to make the ebooks;

I'm an "other species" I once was human, but after medical augmentations and gene therapy, I became more than human, I am a SPARTAN II. My designation is SPARTAN 281.

I love this forum, I'm sad actually that i didn't find it earlier, I could've been a better character in the audio books. As it stands, I'm both Jake's father, and the Drode. My natural voice, I thought, would make a good Tobias, I can also be evil, so i had hoped for V3, but alas, i was too late. So i got what i could.
