Tora unconsciously leans forward the more Terenia lowers her voice, caught in a spell of worry. It is Terenia's own startlement, more than the sound of the new patron's loud entry, that causes Tora's heartbeat to abruptly jump twenty beats per minute. Tora loses her footing as well and seizes to counter to keep from falling.

When Terenia stands, Tora addresses her, although her anxious eyes are fixed on the newcomer, "Do you think he needs assistance?" The conversation had been too close to becoming something truly uncomfortable, and she knew she must steer it towards anything else while she still had the opportunity.

"My main problem is with Keshin." Temrash said to al. "Also since Myitt let him go, I suppose I have a bone to pick with her too. As for Salem, he doesn't really seem like too irratable a person. He allowed Keshin to escape, which resulted in Hadrin's death, but that was Keshin's fault when he died. Since Myitt let Keshin go, and I assume Salem isn't harboring the hunter anymore, there isn't any reason to pick a fight with him."

Temrash regarded the Human looking person who just burst through the door. He wasn't familiar, and didn't seem about to shoot up the place, so Temrash said nothing.

Claxter was still looking for Ossanlin. <Prince Ossanlin? Are you there?> He said a bit louder this time.

Myitt is drawn into Ossanlin's big, reptilian hug, and she awkwardly hugs him back.

When he releases her, she smiles, brushing a few tousles of hair out of her face.

"Hey, Ossanlin, don't mention it," she says quietly.  "I wish I could take back a lot of what's happened today, but I don't think there's much that could permanently damage our friendship.  I am grateful for that."

Mar's unctuous response makes her turn to him, a strange shiver running down her human spine.  Her anger flares again.

"No, I have a dead friend to take care of, and I'm tired, and I need to go back to my real life," Myitt snarls at Mar.  "It's been fun."

She gives Ossanlin another glance.  "See you around," she murmurs, and she stalks off toward her ship.

While walking away, she draws her comm link.

"Corliss?" she snaps.

---

Corliss jumps a bit and sets down his drink, taking out the rather loud link and accessing the volume control.

"Yes, what is it?" he hisses.

---

"I'm leaving," Myitt says abruptly.  "I'm taking Justin's body and getting the hell out of here.  You can stay, if you'd like, I can handle myself."

---

Corliss stares down at the link.  A significant part of him felt the fresh wave of grief from the loss of their friends, and the obligation to help his brother.

"Wait a moment, I'll--" he starts, when there is a loud explosion, sending bits of splintered wood across the front half of the bar.  He winces and shades his eyes from the noise and the wooden shrapnel, and with his free hand he draws his Dracon.

---

Myitt stops in her tracks, staring down at the link.

"Corliss?  What the hell was that?  Hello?" she responds in alarm, looking over her shoulder at the smoldering bar, eyes wide.

"****," she hisses, and turns back, jogging towards the building around the hulks of ruined ships.

"No," Terenia says as soon as she catches her breath. Her eyes are also on the new patron, and remain so as she slides back into her seat. "Whatever has him so upset, I'm sure I don't want to be involved in."

Slowly she averts her gaze back to Tora. The redin is beginning to make her feel a little light-headed, and she is surprised by how much she welcomes the sensation. It makes Tamora's death and all that accompanies it seem much more distant. Emboldened, she takes a sip of her fresh drink.

"Where were we?" She asks.

Asda's head jerks upward as something happens and blood appears on Trey's face. Going back into doctor mode, she grabs at Trey with an arm and says, "Get down here. Let me take a look at that."

Inside, Gaz turns in her seat to glance at the new comer into the bar. She adjusts her long blue coat, but keeps her seat.

"Maybe I'll go outside and check on the others," she comments to herself.

Tora nods in agreement with Terenia's first assertion. As she observes her, it becomes clear that the woman has entirely forgotten about the question she had been about to ask. With a small sigh of relief, Tora says, "I was about to inquire about what you plan to do after leaving the planetoid. If not the Rebellion, where will you go?"

"I'm okay," Trey says, wincing and wiping some blood from his cheek. The result is a large red smear. Gingerly he touches the bandage on his head, which is covered in dirt and dried blood and winces again.

"Ah," Terenia says, looking down at her drink. She runs one finger around the lip of the glass distractedly, slumping her shoulders, "I will return to Visser Three. I really deserve nothing less, considering my actions."

"I have to insist on taking a look at that to make sure everything's ok," Asda persisted. "Just...humor me, huh?"

Al turned back to Temrash. "When it comes to fighting and life and death and all that stuff, I usually find it's better not to ask. When you're as old as I am, you start to see that I was right all along; you have to enjoy life while you can. That goes double for you organics who won't live forever," he said with a smile. "I do feel your friend's death, though, even if I didn't know this 'Hadrin.' Any particular way you want to go about remembering him?"

As Salem landed his ship, the computer trilled at him and highlighted a figure jogging across the field towards the bar. It was Myitt. Salem set the ship down quickly, leaving it to hover rather than lowering the landing struts, and as soon as the ramp had touched the ground, he was jogging towards the bar as well, hoping to meet her there. He could see her across the field- she'd pretty clearly reach the bar before he did. That was fine. He'd just talk to her there.

"You're a robot, huh? Pretty animate for a machine. Unless you're one of those sentient deals I hear rumors about. I find it hard to believe, but I suppose it's possible. I never knew Hadrin, so I'm not sure how to go about remembering him. I guess we can just think well of what he went through to undermine the Empire. Cheers." He said, raising his drink in a toast.

Ossanlin nods as he turns toward the bar, walking leisurely.  He hears Claxter calling and sighs internally.  No rest for the wicked.  He sends a private thought to him as he begins walking back towards the bar.  <<Yes, Claxter?>>

<I would like to speak with you, sir.> Claxter said. <Where are you?> He asked. Assuming his Prince wanted to speak with him at all. His Prince seemed a bit tired in his speech. Perhaps he was troubled as well.

<I arrived with John today. I've been a dog for three or four years.> I turned and looked around the room. I turned back toJohn and Vogefak. I walked under the table and curled up. "So, Brother, what are we going to do now?"

Corliss squints at the figure in the doorway.

<He doesn't appear to be killing anyone,> Mike remarks flatly inside his own head.

<Yeah, I'm still not putting this bloody Dracon away,> Corliss replies.

---

Myitt hurries toward the doorway, slowing when she approaches the wreck that was once the front door.  She ducks behind one of the dead, crouching ships, peering around the side.  What sort of creature would come to this place with an entry like that?

<One looking for a fight,> Tara rationalizes.  <Either that or he just really enjoys destroying stuff.>
