Another object rockets out of the sky, though this one trails no flames in spite of its extreme speed. It's about the size of an Andalite fighter, but is more or less ovular in shape, and is colored a black so dark that just looking at it seems to send a chill to one's very soul. It appears to be on another collision course for the planet's surface, but it slows and makes a wide turn miles above the bar, showing clearly that it's under powered flight. There is no sign of visible propulsion on the object; indeed, aside from what appears to be a vapor trail forming behind it, it shows no features whatsoever. The object is trailed by dozens of smaller objects... missiles of some sort, perhaps? trailing a sinister red glow. As each smaller object impacts the black object, it causes a white flash, though the trajectory of the black object seems unaffected. Within seconds, it has fallen nearly to the planet's surface, and now a series of sonic booms are clearly audible. At the last second, the black object slows nearly to a stop, and a tiny trail can be seen as the occupant ejects, leaving the black object to fall into the nearby lake with deep splash ((there is a lake near the bar, right?))

Thienal floats to the ground, assisted by his antigrav-boots. He appears to be almost human, a boy of perhaps fifteen, with jet black hair, but his skin is too gray. His outfit appears to be a brownish-grey jumpsuit. He watches as the two Yeerk spacecraft impact the planet, leaving nothing but smoking craters, followed shortly by his own ship. He shakes his head; there's no way the Yeerk pilots escaped in time.
Say what you will about these Yeerks, but they certainly don't know how to fly
As he lands in a stand of trees, blending in perhaps a little too well, he takes stock of his situation. There's a small, rundown building nearby, and a large ship with several bodies lying out front. And there, walking cautiously towards the crater created when his ship impacted the surface, weapon drawn, he sees Paul. He chuckles to himself
So, this little rock is inhabited after all
As the black object rockets through the sky, Thienal looks up and smiles.
End of the line
He stealthily makes his way towards the run down building...
