The Director gave Elayne a big smile, "Ah, there we 'ave it. Great, you a beer, one for your friend, and a refill for your boyfriend." He moves to go to the bar but jerks back and points to both Mar and Elayne, "Oh, no need to ruffle ya feathers, I'm only havin' ya on." With those words he leaves the table and stands next to Keshin. He orders a refill for himself and Mar, then orders two American beers. The BT replaces The Director's glass with a full one, places a wine glass next to that and fills it 3/4 of the way, and puts two beers with an 18th century bloke on the labels.
((I'l edit with his response to Keshin's earlier question.))

((Okay, no edit, just a merging. Also my phone's dying soon, so I may not respond until 5 pm pacific time.

The Director looked to Keshin as the bartender was placing the drinks, "Your universe doesn't have many time anomalies, does it? See, when you have aliens running about and falling through time, every once in a while, those aliens will attempt to derail history, change something, wrong it. I go 'round and fix it. Actually I just go 'round. Then once in a while I'll catch someone doing something they're not supposed to, in a time they're not supposed to be, and rectify the wrong."
He turns around, leans on the bar and points at Elayne, "Now they're a special case. She's at a crossroads in her life and the decision she makes or made can have a great effect on his timeline. So much so it could cause him to disappear entirely. Now, if he wasn't incomplete, if he were defined like you or I, I'd 'ave stayed out of the situation. 'Cause facts are facts. World War II of Earth, fact. The war from my own world long ago, fact. Can't change them, but in rare occasions where Time is in flux, changes can be made; and her timeline as it is now, is in flux. I could take her back and help her right a tragedy that doesn't have to happen; but it's her decision, and I can't force her to do anything. If I did, I might actually make things worse."
The Director sighs and states, "Yeah... it's a risky business this." He then smiles brightly, "But I love it so."
Parker nodded and asked, "Do we use lethal force, or are we just going to incapacitate them?"
