(Hey, I've gotta' run to see the new Batman movie. Good Evening!)

<Leah!> I dove down on the nearest of the falcons, equally matching him for speed. I barely managed to knock him sideways before he hit Leah, but I couldn't stop the second one.

<Edward, help me out!>

I struggled, but it was useless. They had me. Ais suddenly dived from nowhere and struck the bird on my left. It shrieked in surprise and let go of me, but the other kept a strong grip. Now, I was furious. These idiotic Controllers wouldn't live to see tomorrow if I could help it. I stared straight ahead and noticed another bird in the distance, silhouetted against the pale blue-gray sky. I suddenly realized it wasn't a bird I was looking at. The front half of it was large and round, while the back was long and narrow. It had no wings. The only thing keeping this strange air vehicle from dropping was a set of large propellers near the front, spinning and slicing the air at an impossible speed.

<What is THAT?!> I exclaimed.

(OCC: Sorry I wasn't here for most of the action, coincidently I just got back from watching Batman.)

Montana: meanwhile

"Tseeew, Tseeew" there was flashes of light flying over Montana's head, he didn't know what they were but he knew it wasn't good. He took of in a sprint trying to get away from them, but as he was running he fell off a short cliff in to a clearing. "Ummph," he let out as he hit the earth hard, "Note to self, don't do that again!" Then he had realized that the flashes had stopped.

He slowly got up and turned around. He started to climb the cliff he had just fell off of, thankfully it was only a few feet high, and made with strangely uniform objects. ((OCC: so you guys know it is a concrete retaining wall)) Montana looked out and saw a large bird fly into a man, and being his curious self, he decide to get a closer look when he turned and saw it.

It was a large flying ship that had a set of large rotors towards the front. "What is that," He burst out it was the largest thing he had seen, but considering the fact that he could only remember the last few hours, that didn't mean much.

The Ship:

"The signal had just come from over this way," Todd told Alex. Todd was the closest confidant that Montana had, and Alex was his brother. They were in "The Hope of Flossan" a ship they operate to take care of Montana between his missions.

"We better find him quick I am getting reading of a large Yeerk pool beneath the ground here," Alex replied.

(Sorry I took and ran with the big ship that you started with Charlie, but feel free to to take it and run with it, I plan on having a Blade ship swoop down and fire on it so don't get to attached. If you had Another Idea for it I can change it, I'll just delete the last part after the The Ship:)

(I've got to hit the hey, but a few things first. 1. Batman RULES!!! 2. Lost, I'm cool with the ship as long as Charlie is cool with it [she DID make it, after all]. If she says 'no' to the concept, then you are still welcome to make a separate ship materialize where you want it [just edit your post with a description of a radically DIFFERENT ship], and leave this one to Charlie's plot-manipulations. Still, if she is fine with it, by all means do continue. 3. Good-night, all!)

(Night, Este. And Lost, I am definitely okay with it. I left it open and undecided. And I like your idea. So, do with it whatever you like. :))

((I'm sorry to say guys, but I think I'm going to have to drop out of this RP. I haven't made an in-character posts for probably near 10 pages now. Besides, for me this RP is going to fast, introducing too many new things at once, and it's just confusing the heck out of me. We start of with being a gang of vigilante morphers and now we have The One, the Yeerks, Ais's family killed off, and three battles in a row (zoo, tunnels, and the one your in now). And its only been what, two days RP time? I'm sorry but its just way to much for me.))

(I agree it does move really fast but I think that is plus.)

The Ship:

"Scaning identities," the ships computer chimed in, "Unknown."

"Where could he be?" Todd asked himself.

"What do you think we should do about those yeerks out there," asked Alex.

"Let's just leave them alone and they hopfully won't bother us."

Montana:

As that ship came in Montana knew he had to do some thing, and rather recklessly towards the ship trying to save the epople who had helped him earlier.

(OCC:Feel free to control Todd and Alex all you want they aren't mine particularly just figments of my imagination so feel free to kill one off.)

Well, Whammyman, I am most sorry to see you go, and I'm even sorrier that we haven't been able to hook you back into the action in a timely fashion. Thanks a million for joining in the first place. I think the initial break-down of the first plot was our loss of Toomin and Elfangor [player, not Andalite], such that our original situation virtually ceased to function, and I had to re-adapt the story to new variables [the new players and lack of original players]. It was good to have you, man. G'bye.  :-\ :sign0203: :thanks:

As far as things moving fast: I know, I know, I KNOW. However, it is a rare occasion that I have time to sit down and write out that, along with the existing action, we have at some point slept through a full eight hours. It is simpler to keep things moving in almost-real-time, following the actual time in which we are writing it. Usually, a 'day' in this game takes up roughly 48 hours of real-time, giving daylight action even to the people on the night-time side of the planet. For instance, this 'day' SHOULD end by roughly midnight tonight.)

( :-\ Sorry to see you leave, Whammyman. I understand though, what you mean. It started off as one thing, but ended up being something completely different. As Este said, most likely because of the characters. And, I get that not every RPG is for everyone. So, again, sorry things didn't go well for you. If you're an active role-player, I hope you find one somewhere else that works better for you. Goodbye. :) :-\)

I had no idea what it was. Where it came from. Did it belong to the Yeerks? Or was it completely different?

Apparently, the two Controllers noticed too. One of them started to head toward the air vehicle, while the other was frantically working to pull me away. It was easier to resist against only one, escpecially considering I was the larger bird, but with an injured wing, there wasn't much I could do. I knew if I did break free, I would fall hundreds of feet to the ground below. And then they'd have me for sure.

We were nearing a body of water now, a small lake. The trees below thinned out, and what used to be a blur of green was now turquoise blue. We were over the lake. And I got an idea. At the time, I had thought it was a rather clever idea, and more importantly, my only choice. <Sorry, pal,> I said to the Controller. And then I began to demorph.

(midnight your time, Este...)

I dove, moving towards the other bird that was holding Leah. <Leah, WHAT are you doing?> I asked as I dive-bombed the bird, screeching as I did so.

(*shaking head* No, midnight for whichever of us has midnight last [in other words, if you live in California, then it's YOUR midnight and MY 2:00 A.M.].)

<Thanks, Edward! Nice save! Leah, are you INSANE!? From this height, a fall into water will kill a human just like a fall on concrete!>

(Well, all I know is, if you live in the mid-section of the United States, your midnight is California's 10:00 and Virginia's 2:00. And I live in the mid-section.)

I wasn't entirely sure. I was beginning to realize how completely insane my idea was. It was too late to turn back, though. I was falling.

My body weighed now half of what it would have if I were human. The impact would be bone-shattering. Stupid, stupid, stupid. The blue was so close now. I concentrated on the bird with every ounce of energy I had left. My arms grew longer, changed shape. My body shortened. Legs hardened. I flapped frantically with my half-formed wings, and hit the water one milisecond later.

(Charlie, your character can still survive... it depends on how choppy the water is.. if its a flat bed of water, then it will kill Charlie, but if its choppy, it'll only result in broken bones - something that Leah can easily heal! and I'm not near the mid-section of the US... I'm in Southern Ontario...)

I looked towards the lake, hoping that Leah survived. My attention, however, was diverted when I saw 10 wolves on the ground, realizing that the whole pack showed up. <Yeah, I think we need to get out of California...> I commented, taking to the sky.

(Hmm... What time is it now?)

The impact was similar to what Aaron described as, "Being hit by a truck." If I had been an ounce heavier, and if the water had been flat and still, it would have killed me. All at once, the water exploded over and around me. Mostly hollow bones snapped. I couldn't breathe. All the while, a desperate voice in my mind begged me to do... something... I couldn't think. I didn't understand... Demorph, you idiot! What was demorphing, anyway? It was a silly sounding word. Demorph. Demorph. My lungs began to burn. Demorph.

I suddenly realized what as happening. I was drowning! I focused again on my human self. My aching, broken bones mended. I slowly became human again, completely healed, but drained of energy. It took every ounce of willpower and determination I had left to swim. The nagging, scolding voice in my mind didn't help at all. But, soon enough, I found a large stone jutting out from the ground, and grabbed hold of it to keep myself from sinking.
