Hello RAFers! My name is BigGoronSword, but feel free to just call me BGS. I'm good friends with Chad30 on another forum, he showed me this site. I read a few of the Animorphs books when I was a kid (like maybe 5 of them), but haven't continued the series (sorry). You may see me around here sporadically.

Things about me. I love reading (favorite books right now: The Kingkiller Chronicle series and the A Song of Ice & Fire series), video games (Legend of Zelda series and Golden Sun series), and writing. That's all you get for now.

I do have one question: There's a verification question that asks "How many fingers do you have?". While registering (and making this thread) I had to make multiple guesses until I finally answered "5". I thought "10" would be the correct answer (then I tried "8" to be more politically correct because we have two thumbs), but I was wrong. Is there a character in Animorphs that has one hand (and that's supposed to be an inside-knowledge of the series)? Or whomever created these verification questions forgot to add the words "on one hand" at the end?

Cool, another Zelda fan. I own all the game except a good amount of portable ones.

I'm not sure how it works on SMF, but on most forums I've been on that used other hosts, the site had nothing to do with the security questions. I'm pretty sure we have no control over the security questions that show up. Might be wrong. o.o

Security question?  That seems odd to me. . . . But things could have changed sense I registered here.

Anyway, welcome to RAF, BGS.  Call me Cloak or Cloaky -- everyone else does.

Oh, and be sure to register your RAFspecies in the registry.

Welcome to the forum!  I'm DinosaurNothlit, also known as DN or Dino.  Always good to see a new recruit.

Lol, love the dancing Darunia pic!  Yeah, those were some awesome games.

Well, there is technically a one-armed character in the series, but seeing as how she's hardly a main character, I don't think that would have been a reference.  If the correct answer had been 'seven' or 'fourteen' then that would have been a reference.  ;)

Hey BGS. I think you may be thinking too hard about that question, but if it didn't say on one hand then ten or eight should be the correct answer. Good to see you showed up. I hope you like it here.

Welcome to RAF! I'm Gaz, nice to meet you. Currently I'm recapping the Beast Wars series in the Media thread. Why don't you check it out? I've also done a sarcastic read through of all 4 Twilight books in the Other Books thread. I'm welcome to suggestions in both for what do to next.
