Spell Check
« on: February 05, 2011, 12:27:22 PM »
I was just wondering, whenever I do spell check on RAF, it tells me to correct words like, Andalite, Yeerk, etc.

Is there a way those can be added so that it doesn't do that, or should I just ignore it/deal with it.

I can't answer that question, but I'll just use my favorite phrase. ^-^ Deal with it. :P

use firefox. 'add to dictionary' after you right click. misspelled words will be underlined in red.

Yeah, but what about the RAF's spell check?  Seems kinda silly that it doesn't like "Andalite."  Or "RAF's," for that matter...

Never noticed it before since I use my browser's.

there's a few SMF mods that can allow me to add words to the dictionary, but i don't think we're updated to the version it requires.

sure. release candidate. basically beta testing is done, but it isn't necessarily quite ready yet.
Quote
The term release candidate (RC) refers to a version with potential to be a final product, ready to release unless fatal bugs emerge. In this stage of product stabilization, all product features have been designed, coded and tested through one or more beta cycles with no known showstopper-class bug.

firefox went through a few of these.
we're on smf 1.1.10 (the next revision is 1.1.11, then 1.1.12 and so on)
