Haha, yeah. Alas, Force attacks are difficult to gauge here. It's not easy to resist its effects; and can be seen as power gaming. I had hoped to avoid it; but we'll see how it goes. Hopefully the fight leaves the bar and Garreth won't feel the need to follow.

On a side note: About when does the bar begin to fix itself? Does it take a few minutes; or does it wait for the current situation to settle? ;D

Earlier in the RP, a hole in the wall took a fair amount of time to heal. I guess it depends on when someone decides to post that the bar starts to fix itsself.

I can post for the bouncer.

Um...yeah...idk about Jedi attacks. I'm gonna leave my characters out of any situation involving a potential Jedi, because that's just way too powerful imho. >_> So I'll just make the situation not happen so it'll be a moot point.

True, Jedi can do some crazy stuff, but it's possible that Dracons and Shredders can't be deflected by lightsabers...

I know for a fact that Jedi wouldn't be able to do anything about an Entroper blast, and probably wouldn't be able to do anything about Scott's gravity weapon either.  I always sort of wondered why no one developed scattershot or "shotgun" blasters in Star Wars...a lightsaber can't protect the entirety of a body when there's a wide field of shots incoming simultaneously...

Yeah, Dracons are basically heat/light beams which aren't much different than energy projectiles. The power levels may make a difference as to the effect; but we should be able to at the very least be able to block the shot. The Entroper or grav gun are way off the chart; but we can deflect or absorb energy using the Force. Or we could dodge the attack. We do sense events before they happen, so we can get the hell away from a shot before it's actually shot.

But as far as our Jedi characters, I meant Force pushes or grips. Not much you can do to defend against a Force grip. Even other Jedi have trouble with that type of attack. It was the same deal with my wraith character. He was so powerful, I couldn't use him in battles. I had to make him ignore the battles that ensued.

It's partly why I typed out the whole jurisdiction thing. Technically Jedi don't have jurisdictions; however as this is a nexus, and these are citizens from completely different universes, that's how Garreth is going to treat it.

Apparently we've experienced bar death, or else my computer and phone are not loading new posts...

Awaiting Lumy. Unfortunately, neither of my characters would just ignore the situation at hand for light conversation.

Zoshonel would find this the most interesting thing going on right now. I'm not sure Claxter or Jocun would care to talk much.

Don't think I can really post again until I hear from Luke or Tara, but I may shoehorn something in for Al if this goes too much longer. Bar's far too stagnant at the moment.
