Haha, you'll notice half my post times are at 4am, Gumby. That's because I set my alarm to go off early so I can post before I leave for work in the morning.

Do the best you can to keep up. Having only one character to worry about helps things along.

Scott, let me know if Tora couldn't have conceivably overheard anything Al was saying to Salem, and I'll edit my post.

Nah, she could have. For some weird reason, Al actually talks out loud when using his internal communications equipment *shrug*

And yeah, Gumby, the pace in here tends to ebb and flow. It moves at a decent pace, usually, though. All I can suggest is trying to hang in there. It's rewarding and fun ^_^

Chad, having Temrash know who and what Tora was is an example of knowing more than your character should know, because you, the writer, know it.  Unless I'm mistaken, Tora has been very careful about remaining in human form around everyone, and I don't think Temrash would know what she was--just that she was tagging along with the rebels, and probably was one herself.

I may be mistaken, but I believe Temrash saw an Andalite with Myitt briefly that he didn't know. Then an unknown Human shows up later with Myitt. So he made an educated guess. Though if you don't think it's realistic for him to remember a small detail like that, then I can edit.

This was back before Salem got away from him.

I remember that moment. I think it's conceivable for Temrash to have put two and two together, although it certainly would not have been my first thought upon seeing two individuals from different species, "They're the same person because one was an Andalite and therefore can probably morph." If I remember correctly, there was a gap in time between when Temrash saw Andalite-Tora and when he saw human-Tora. Nevertheless, I do think it's conceivable that he could have figured it out. Thanks for bringing it up, Tara. Chad, I reckon if you want to leave the post as is, that's fine.

Well it may be stretching it a bit for Temrash to remember what happened and all that. Unless I want him to be the type that's really good with details. Maybe I should edit it. I'll just have him go up and talk to Al, and merely say hello to Tara because he remembers her from before. I can leave out the part where he thinks she's an andalite.

Though now you may wind up getting rid of the line about fake calling the rebellion about not letting Temrash in. That might have been good drama. It's your loss, sister! You think my not joining would hurt me more than you? It is to laugh.

Actually... I'm sorry for doing this, Chad, and I appreciate your willingness to edit your post, but would you consider changing it back? Just because I can't find an in-character way for us to connect the dots.

What you changed Temrash's post to is nothing that would make Tora stand up and walk away -- and certainly nothing that would make her pretend to call Reven. If you had changed it right then, it probably would have been fine, but too much has happened, and I'd probably have to erase every one of my posts since then if you keep it changed -- which would cause Jessi and Scott to have to change their posts too, as well as your own.

Like I said, it's conceivable Temrash could have figured it out or at least suspected it, so let's just assume he did. It's easier than retrofitting a whole page of responses to one changed post.
