ooo nice power ideas, I'll keep em in mind in case I need em.
I have an idea for a new character, heh heh heh. But thats all I'm saying for now, my lips are sealed...

Theres a chance.. a small chance, but a chance that I might get a chapter posted on Sunday, either in the morning for me or night for me. Not sure yet, I only have a 4 and half hour shift at work, so yea I'll probably work on it then. If not, then Monday as its my day off. Just depends..

pretty cool, thought the parts that are animorphs related, are kinda boring. Like everyone's powers a lot though.

here's another two powers:
1. change a piece of your own hair (or some other body part) into a simple weapon (like sword, spear, bow and arrow, but not a gun), or maybe even tools like a hammer.
2. create a dense cloud of darkness or something that can be used to hide things

say, when you say I can cancel and absorb other's abilities, do you mean just special abilities like telekinesis? Or can I also absorb natural abilities, like yeerks being able to control bodies?

oh, and are you gonna be doing any of my POV's? (suddenly I'm very addicted to this fic. my mom won't be happy...). you can ask me in PM for how I'd talk and react to certain things...

Thanks for the feedback. You're right, the superhero stuff is more interesting, because I just can't compete with K.A. when writing Animorphs related stuff.

Ah I see.
basically, you can only absorb other peoples "Special" abilities.

Say you met a guy who was a runner in the olympics, and he had telekinesis. You can't absorb his natural fast running abilities, but you would absorb the telekinesis.

I'm assuming you haven't seen X-men, but your absorption ability is much like Rogue's ability.

Peter Petrelli, from Heroes, has an ability like this, but he doesn't have to have contact with the person to absorb the ability, but you do.

I've seen a couple of episodes of X-men, and know who rogue is, but in the first episode she appears in, doesn't she absorb the natural sports abilities of some guy, and even some of his memory?

oh and should David or at least Terry be included in the deceased villains list?

ok, a few more powers that I came up with:
1. control animals (not just move them, but make them attack or growl or bite)
2. grow limbs (a bit different from stretch limbs. stretch limbs make your limbs longer and shorter, but you still have two legs and two arms. grow limbs, you can have more than 4 legs and arms, though why you would need four legs I don't know)
3. climb across any surface
4. make inanimate objects come to life
5. fly/levitate

I got a few ideas for new powers. who you give them to, or if you use them at all, is up to you

1. create force fields
2. healing abilities
3. increase the capabilities of one's power (like mike's is seeing into the future for 2 or 3 minutes, adding this, makes it 4-6 minutes)

Ooo I might use the force field one.

Some interesting power ideas. Flying wouldn't be very useful for a morph capable character (since they can morph birds) but for someone else it would be cool.

An interesting thought. My power is based on the main character from the movie Next, who can see up to about 2 minutes in the future, but only things that happen to him or events that would affect him. However, later in the movie he is able to see occasionally see much further into the future, so maybe you could say that Mike is eventually able to sometimes see a lot more than 2 minutes into the future? Just an idea.

If we're talking about new ability ideas, then perhaps the power to manipulate the five senses? So you could temporarily make somebody blind or deaf, etc.

claire, how come ken couldnt tell bad isaam was really me in morph if he is telepathic? like shouldnt he have been able to see it was me?

Morfowt was there, waiting for you, and he was blocking Ken's ability.

Earlier in the chapter, Ken says something along the lines of "Don't lie to me, I'm a mind reader, remember?" and a second later "Hmm, doesn't seem to be working.."
Because morfowt was hiding nearby.

Ah, very clever. I liked that "Don't lie to me, I'm a mind reader" line.
