I like the middle one. The first one looks a little too harsh, the last one is too gentle. I would not glare angrily at someone who goes off-topic (especially since I'm doing it now), but I sure wouldn't wink at them either.
Back on topic:
Hmmm. I've been thinking...its a domino effect.
One member leaves for one reason or another. Someone gets sad and also leaves. People get sad that those people leave and leave. And so forth and so on.
Exactly. All the more reason why people should stop leaving!
Agreed. And maybe if we got a few of the other 'dominoes' to come back, that might help a bit.
