Canadians get screwed when it comes to book prices.

No kidding. Even with the currency exchange, we still get charged approx $25-35 for an average hardcover new release after tax (in Ontario anyway). That's just ridiculous. It's why I always either amazon the paperback version or go to the library.

As long as the Animorphs re-release doesn't charge us the normal $1 extra over here, then I'll be happy.

The WAYBACK suggestion is good but still leads to a dead link. It's really too bad that the e-books had to be removed.

Was the series ever released on DVD? I'd like to see it at some point, I remember watching like... 2 episodes when it was out, and then I was kind of disappointed in my TV, and wouldn't talk to it for a week. It wasn't until I was a good bit older that I learned to blame the network.

I'm going to start doing this. I just got a VCR+DVD player. Made me extremely happy, since I can stop buying DVD versions of my old movies. XD And it makes my mother happy, since I'm taking all her video tapes that she can't use since her VCR broke ages ago. XP

The TV show can be found on Internet. RAF wasn't the only website to provide them. Same for everything: if you can find something somewhere, you'd probably find the same thing somewhere else. No surprise on the Internet.

And for the real books, there isn't only Ebay. Amazon, Abebooks and websites like that are also really helpful.
