Well...I had a whole chapter typed up, BUT IT DIDN'T SAVE.  And now, I'm like, never in a writing mood...so it might be a while.  Sorry.

Chapter Thirteen

   The news of the half successful, half failing mod rescue plan had been announced.  Blocky, Duff, and Gaz, were
 welcomed back gratefully.  They were very happy to be home, and everyone was very happy to see them, but it still was slightly grim.  Even the mods, all of them, though they were split up, were banished by Queen's power.  Soon after, the mods and Richard retreated to Richards thread, which happened to be throughly soundproofed. 
   Inside, Richard's thread, the mods were discussing Richard's idea.  "It's risky, Richard," pointed out Esplin 
   "Risks need to be taken to end this," said Richard.  "It's a risk for all of us, not just me.  Sure, I might be knocked around a little, but the rest of you might get discovered and ambushed."
   Claire nodded.  "Sounds like an idea to me.  Who do you want to take?"
   Richard thought a moment.  "Hmm.  All of you, Estelore..."

   While Richard and the mods were discussing their plan.  Queen crept by the wall.  At night, in the rain, in a black dress and being black herself, Queen blended in perfectly.  She slunk around, searching, running her hands carefully over the wall, looking for something.  Her hand hit something, a small ridge in the wall.  Queen smiled, and ran her hand along the ridge, finding the corner.  She pushed on it gently, and heard the creak of timbers.  When a suspicious voice called out from the wall, "Who was that?"  She froze.  There was a patter of feet.  "Nothing," She relaxed.  She pushed her way through the bushes when the wind swept through them, masking the rustling, and she tugged the branches firmly over her find.  She stalked away, glancing back over her shoulder and smiling.  "Soon, RAF shall be mine," she whispered, and fled to the hills.


   Estelore, Blocky, Duff, TobSie, Think, Wild, Alic, estrid, Terenia, Gaz, Stalker, and all the mods were sitting at the table in Richards thread, which was completely soundproofed.  Richard stood up.  "I know you're all curious, but I have a plan to stop Queen."
   Gaz looked up.  "The sooner we stop her, the better," she said.  Think nodded.  "Definetily."  "Hopefully, we won't have the problem of her anymore." said Wild.  Richard looked around approvingly. "That's the spirit."
   Blocky, who had been silent so far, spoke up.  "Yeah, I'm ready to completely kick Queen's butt."  He flexed his claws, seeming to imagine them tearing into Queen's flesh.  "She'll never know what's hit her."   
   Richard smiled at his RAFians.  "That's the spirit.  But, it's risky, and dangerous.  Do--"
   Alic raised her hand impatiently.  "Richard, we don't give a care.  We wan't our friends back, and to kick Queen's butt."
   Richard smiled again.  "Fine.  Fine.  Here's the plan.  We all travel out to Queen's cave, and then--"
   Shreeeeeeeee-whump-BOOOM.
   Before anyone had time to think, screams filled the air, and a flurry of activety went on outside.  The mods were out of their chairs and out the door before they fully realized what was happening, and the others followed.  Richard remained in the room, observing something no one else noticed.  He had a PM, from...what?!  From QUEEN?!
   He prodded the screen quickly, opening the PM.



   Richard.
I might be gone from RAF, but before I left, I left a little surprise.  Don't worry...everyone will be okay.


As long as you get out here.  Now.



   Richard stared at the screen.  "I left a little surprise..." Oh, crap.  Richard believed he knew exactly what he was talking about.  Could she have found it? 
   Richard then groaned alound and nearly sprinted for the door.  Of course.  The blueprints that went missing so long ago...she must have stolen them!  Oh, this was not good.

   Queen laughed like a maniac.  "Again, again!"  She shrieked, nearly bursting with laughter.  The energy cannon worked perfectly.
   Sheeeeeeeeeee-whump-BOOOM.
   "Keep firing!" She shrieked at Aloth.  "Drive them all to hell!"







*not part of story* Yes.  Shreee-whump-BOOOOM.
