Whatever you hear is going to be in your own language. Whatever some Japanese foriegn exchange student hears is going to be in his own language. The way it works, your brain would only process it in the language you were familiar with.

Though as far as bilinguals are concerned, it may be different.

if an Andalite is talking about Andalte things the names of things are in Andalite right
Like when Ax was explaining the whole Shorm thing. it would have been automatically translated
except for the fact that he wanted to give the explanation himself.
