I don't think so; I recall hearing that a Frolis maneuver can only be done with DNA from the same species. (I don't think there was any official comment on that in the books, though, so I could be wrong)

there was never an official comment on it in the books, but it makes sense given differing inner biologies, then again, blood type vs immune system would be a problem with two humans anyways.

That is the real reason why they tried to get him off the planet in book 5. After they failed they went with plan B, and introduced him to connamon buns. He mellowed out a lot after that.
