Elfangor shoved the cube into Jamie's hands, and shook his head.  <There is no time!  You must go - now!>  And he was right.  The Yeerks were upon them.  Jamie didn't want to leave Elfangor's side...but she knew they'd have to.  She could see them, those menacing, ****roach-like things.  She ran from Elfangor just as the spotlight lit him up, bright as a star.

Mike noticed the spotlights "Dammit!" he muttered. He held the pipe to Elfangor, "when they come pull this tab" he motioned to the detonator "hopefully you'll take some of them out with you."

(OOC: I'd rather Elfangor *not* blow himself up.  XD.  Sorry.)

((OOC: I WAS going to plant it in the fighter door as a booby trap to slow down pursuit. Ok, fine, it'll be a dud))

(Blowing them up just doesn't seem to be the Elfangor way.)

"It would be good if Elfangor used his control over his fighter to blast Visser Three while he comes off the bladeship ramp, instead of a bugfighter like in the other dimension." Steven said, then made his way to a hiding place.

"It doesn't matter what he does now, we need to go." As he said that, Mike took off in a crouching sprint towards a vacant strip mall building.

"Right behind ya," Alex said, following Mike at a dead sprint. She could move fast when she needed to, and she definitely needed to. Spending the rest of her life with an alien slug in her head that could control her new morphing power was not exactly her cup of tea.

Steven hid behind a wall, as the Bladeship came down. Elfangor spoke privately to them, in an effort to keep them calm. even though he knew what was going to happen, and that chances were that they'd get out fine, he was still scared.

Meanwhile, Chad managed to find the construction site. He saw the ships land, but remained in the shadows. could he get near Elfangor? Should he attempt to? what could he gain from this situation? His Hork-Bajir eyes were not too great then, as he tried to get closer. He tried to act casual, but he really wasn't sure what would happen if anyone saw him.

Mike ducked into the abandoned strip mall and made his way to the back. He knew there was a way out through the back, but he needed to wait for the others to catch up. Leaving morph capable humans for infestation was exactly what he didn't want to happen.

He drew his .45 pistol, because he knew Hork-Bajir were searching and he would need to kill any of them that saw him.
