FORD = First On Race Day
And the mustang had better be a GT :)

Another thing I liked about the book, my favorite car is the Mustang.
There's a method to my madness, I just haven't figured it out yet.

IMO the two greatest Ani books are AC and HBC.

I love AC because you see that Elfangor wasn't always this great mystical perfect Andalite. He made mistakes. He was "human" (well, not human, but you know what I mean....). In fact, some of his mistakes were doozies. But he was still a good person underneath it all, who didn't compromise his morals too much despite the fact that his situation was the crap of all crap.

The scene that gives me chills is the moment Elfangor realizes Alloran has been infested and he has to replicate Arbron's three shots. The creation of The Abomination.

Yeah... it was even worse than Tobias being stuck... I mean, stuck as a Taxxon? Oh, man... i can't imagine the years of horror Arbon experienced....
I'm just a writer, and my main goal was always to entertain. But I've never let Animorphs turn into just another painless video game version of war, and I wasn't going to do it at the end. I've spent 60 books telling a strange, fanciful war story, sometimes very seriously, sometimes more tongue-in-cheek. I've written a lot of action and a lot of humor and a lot of sheer nonsense. But I have also, again and again, challenged readers to think about what they were reading. To th

Not only did he get stuck and live out a full taxxon life, but he did so productively. He didn't just give in and spend his days gorging on meat. He continued to find ways to fight the Yeerks.

Mad props to Arbron, man.

Yeah, I really wish KA had been able to write a Taxxon Chronicles. That would have definitely been an interesting read.

I heard she was planning to ages ago, but that was probably just a rumour.

id rather learn more about crayak then the taxxons, the pemalites wouldnt be so bad, i guess it would be cool to see what made the taxxons evolve the way they did, i could probally guess like multiple famines or something like that.  Everyone hates taxxons though, a chronicles could make you feel bad for them if they deserve it, i guess she just needed some aliens for us to hate.

One of the reasons I liked the series is that as it progresses, it shows us how nothing in life is black and white, good and evil. Originally, the Yeerks, Taxxons and even the Hork-Bajir (to a lesser extent) are portrayed as the evil bad guys that we have to wipe out.

However, book 13 is proof that the Hork-Bajir are in fact a peaceful race enslaved by the Yeerks. Book 19 shows us that not even all the Yeerks are evil, as some of them refuse to take hosts. The Andalite chronicles then tells us that some of the Taxxons resisted their hunger and Yeerk rule.

Technically both. Book 8 is when we find out that the Andalites gave the Yeerks advanced technology, and book 18 is when we discover that even some Andalites can be bad guys.
