The Andalte Chronicles
« on: June 11, 2008, 10:49:15 PM »
Is the best animorphs book of them all in my oponion, Ive read it over 20 times and I still get freaked out chills when I read about Arbon being stuck as a taxxon.

But the best pages in the book are chapter 22 pg 148 and 149.

Who cant relate with driving a mustang with the top down, sitting next your pretty blonde signifigant other, and feeling some Dr. Pepper running up your hoof.

EDIT: I almost forgot. I CANT GET NO,  SASTISFACTOIN

I actually didnt like the ellimist chronicles all that much, I mean so much was just left unanswered. I was hoping we would learn a bout the time matrix or some more about the crayak or how the game for earth specifically had started, I wanted to know why chapman had been brought back in the andalite chronicles or maybe what string of events in time had really led to the animorphs being the ones fighting for the human race since obviously he was behind that to some extent. I dont know, it just didnt reach what I had built it up in my mind that it was going to be...

I kinda get what you mean, but in that case the "whole story" would've been huge!  :P

If I really had to pick a favourite Animorphs book, then it would be The Andalite Chronicles. Elfangor is an awesome narrator, and I agree that it probably has all the best action, humour, plot line and emotion in the series. They should make a movie out of it, simply just for us all to see Elfangor driving across the Taxxon world with music in his ears and brown bubbling water (Dr. Pepper!) in his hooves!  8)

Yeah, one of the greatest books, in my opinion.
I loved it so much that I asked my aunt to get it for me(I have absolutely no money), and she did.
And, I thought that scene with elfangor and the mustang was funny, even though the situation he was in was not, but still, loved it.
I'm going to reread the book for like the twenty fifth time.

Dude, my brother brought me this book from his school and I was so excited. I read it and it is definitely one of the best Animorphs books ever.
There's a method to my madness, I just haven't figured it out yet.

I really liked this book as well!
"I always considered myself a loner. I mean, not like a poor-me, Byron-esque, I-should-have-broughta-swimming-buddy loner. I mean the sort of person who doesn’t feel too upset about the prospect of a weekend spent seeing no one, and reading good books on the couch. It wasn’t like I was a people hater or anything. I enjoyed activities and the company of friends. But they were a side dish. I always thought I would also be happy without them."
