As the ass morph caused me to shoot upwards and for my feathers to become itchy as they melted away into fur, I posed another question to the group.

Um... Did Torrence just go from one morph straight into another without demorphing first?? Tsk tsk, please do explain?

Does it reaaaaaaaaallllllllly matter? I read it as her "rushing" the morphs- a bit of figurative language, rather than actual morph-to-morph morphing.

This is what happens when I do a 'quick post' from my boyfriend's house.  His computer set up (and keyboard) are vastly different from my own.  I ended up selecting 'select' and 'delete' twice, so by the time that I realized that I had sliced off a few demorphing sentences, I just didn't have the time to fix it.  Tending to a boyfriend on Vicodin after his surgery took just a bit more priority than proof reading (and yes, I do feel guilty for not spending as much time on this RP as I have in the past. I will make it up to you!).

Sorry if it severely impacted your reading pleasure in some way.

I also just got a PM from Damien stating he'd like to come back, so woot! I let him know that a phone call after someone he knows has ten digits again would be an easy way in, or any other way he could think of. Lets welcome him back :)

Yeah I'm really sorry for leaving again, I have an idea for a re-intro post but I need to know what has happened since my lasr post. (Right when everyone split up to get their morphs at the zoo)

EDIT; And what is currently happening, that and how much time has past. Thanks in advance to whoever supplies this information.

Off the top of my head:
-We got our morphs, then returned to the Chee compound to rest. Some of us (Eddie, for instance) simply returned home.
-Those of us in danger of being controlled arranged to have the Chee pose as us to keep us safe.
-We found out that the morphing cube had been stolen from the Chee compound.
-We ALSO found out what the heck the Chee were, but not that Alice was one, though some of us certainly have our suspicions.  ;D
-We researched the people that stole the cube, and learned one of their names/faces: Samantha (Sam) somethingorother.
-A Spaceship appeared, we chased after it.  In doing so, we intercepted the thieves of the cube.
-Eventually we came clean with the thieves, and discovered that they knew where the cube was, and that they had stolen it for Jestha, an injured Andalite waiting in the woods. We then teamed up, with significant arguing occurring to get there.
-Alice returned to the Chee compound, discussed our fates, and left.
-We're currently in the woods, one team having just discovered the location of the device, the other having just discovered Jestha (the injured Andalite)'s ship, as well as the Hork-Bajiir hanging out outside, which Jestha fired upon with her laser beams.

Did I forget anything?

And Seryna, I think it's safe to say that infirmed loved ones take priority over interactive fan-fiction for a defunct sci-fi children's novella series on an internet message board.  ;) I hope your boyfriend recovers speedily!

Hello,
I want to let every one know that a cutscene to a different scene will be occurring tonight. Get in any posts you'd like to do to the current situation.  I will be controlling the circumstances, but not the characters.  After the cut scene, feel free to do a back post explaining what your character did during and after the cut scene.

I will be out of town from July 1st through 7th. Breekan1 will be taking over the role of Kasey (with Seryna's approval, of course.) :)

No problem!  I'd like to let every one know that we are going to have a cut scene to another scene tonight in about six hours. Please get a reply in to every one else' post and the GM post. I will make some assumptions on your characters' actions if you don't get a reply in.

Write on!

Hi guys, sorry for being MIA, I was also away from July 1st-7th.  Thanks for picking up Sam in the interim.  I've been really busy lately and I've kind of lost track of what's going on in the thread, so maybe it would be better if someone else picked up Sam semi-permanently?

Let me know, thanks guys :)

Hey Myitt,
I play all NPCs without players so I could play Sam, yet you say 'in the interim'. How long do you expect to be MIA?

I'm also doing the cut scene tomorrow afternoon to give every one a chance to reply.

I meant while I was on vacation, I don't know if I have the time to devote to building up this character and keeping up...I'm really sorry Seryna, I hate to burden you with another NPC.  I'll keep watching and maybe I'll be able to jump back in to the story, but I wouldn't wait for me.

The latest GM post (#710) seems to suggest that the Andalite morph-form contains some actual memories that can be accessed by the person in that morph...

Quote
...actively searching through numerous memories and education.

Since KAA has covered this topic in cannon (most notably book 33) saying no memory is transferred this way, even when morphing a sentient creature, can I assume this is meant to refer to something gathered through their computer interface? (Or is this perhaps a point where the RP's AU differs from Cannon?)

I'm not trying to be 'difficult', this is merely a point of clarification I'm asking about.
