Salem raised an eyebrow at Keshin's coughing fit. He wasn't sure Joanne was in any state for anything else. His headache was getting worse, and he couldn't seem to find a better way out of this situation. He felt like the solution was dangling right in front of him, but he couldn't see it. He decided to keep the magneton beam charged, just in case.
"Guys, I am open to suggestions here," he said to Al and Keshin. "Keshin, I need to get you off this ship and on the ground. You'll be safer there once you use that hologram device. Al, land us close to the edge of the woods. Hover landing, not full stop. Fast, so we're down before them. Be ready to move, you guys. You won't need to get far from the ship, but I sure as hell don't want you on it when they get here. Once you're away, Keshin, you should just be able to change your appearance and move through the bar at will."
"Tally ho," Al said nervously, angling the ship towards the ground. It began to pick up speed, rocketing towards the surface faster and faster, aiming for a spot about a quarter mile from the parking lot.
"Meet you planetside," Salem transmitted to the other ship.
