Temrash thought of something relevant to Andromeda's problem. He walked over to talk to Morgan.

'Hey Morgan. I noticed Andromeda's having problems and haven't said anything because I didn't think I'd be much help, but something just occurred to me. We Yeerks have machines that can put people into biostasis. That would stop anything from happening to Andromeda while Asda runs tests. It will basically freeze her in place, but you could keep her that way indefinitely. I don't have a machine for that here, but I could take her somewhere to do it."

"I don't know if you guys have that kind of tech, but the Yeerks and Andalites do. Actually we kind of took the tech from the Andalites without permission, but still...that's all I can think of if meds could be harmful."

Tamora nods, sipping her drink thoughtfully. She is about to speak again when the door swings open. A quick glance over her shoulder reveals two unknown newcomers, followed shortly thereafter by a very familiar Andalite female.

"****," Tamora mutters, turning her head back around quickly, before her sister can make eye contact. She gives Keshin a lopsided sort of apologetic smile.

"That...creature...o ver there," she says, nodding towards Terenia, "she has caused me more problems than I care to remember. Supposedly she had nothing to do with my kidnapping, but I have a feeling that if she never arrived at this bar I would still be home."

She hesitates then, playing with the straw in her drink uneasily. Her second request is a bit more difficult. When she speaks again her voice is lowered even further. "The Yeerk rebel, Myitt. She...she killed the person I cared about most in this God-forsaken galaxy. I want her dead. But...not her host. Her host did nothing wrong."

---

Terenia receives her drink from the bartender without comment, setting it on the ground and dipping a hoof in. She allows the fermented grass to be absorbed into her system, but takes no pleasure in it. Her expression is stony as she surveys the room. She feels both incredibly alone and unbearably crowded all at once, and her main eyes cannot help but find Corliss every few minutes.

Myitt hiccups, her head resting on her arm.

"Bartender, hey, buddy, can I have some water?" she says, waving him over dramatically.

The bartender frowns and hands her a glass of tap water.

Myitt peers down at it skeptically.  "This got any placozoans in it?"

The bartender just stares at her.

"Whatever, just as long as it ain't gonna kill us," she says, draining the glass.  "Too many damn parasites in this body to begin with."  She giggles a little at her own bravado.

Corliss raises and eyebrow, watching his brother.  "How much have you had to eat today?" he asks Tara.

"Only a few...um...well I had some cereal," Myitt...or Tara...says thoughtfully.

"Uh huh," Corliss says with finality.  "Barkeep, please bring over something edible, will ya please?"

The bartender, who had been serving someone else, looks up at Corliss.  He heaves a soundless sigh and disappears into the walk-in freezer behind the bottles of booze.

While Corliss is patting Myitt on the back, his eyes meet Terenia's main Andalite eyes.  He feels a strange sort of lurch in Mike's stomach--he wasn't particularly attracted to Efaen, after all, she was an Andalite and she probably wouldn't blink if he were blown to smithereens.  But he looks away again nonetheless, knowing who was behind those alien eyes.

"No more drinking for you, mate, until you've 'ad a proper tea," says Corliss, squeezing Myitt's shoulder.

"Don't do that, you'll--hic--upset the stupid thing with the...the...vagus nerve.  Don't do that," Myitt says, mumbling at the bar counter.

((got it, i could use all the advice you all have, lol. I greatly appreciate it))

Kato said to Ossanlin <<No, I am from this universe but I have been to his. It was by accident while working on new Zspace technology. I was transported to his kinds planet, they are called Sunions. They have a tendency to be very violent but loyal to those that they are closest to. As for my coloring it became this way while I was in his universe, even after I had morphed then demorphed it remained this color. I believe it to be the DNA of these Sunions as I acquired one while stranded there to better blend in and to acquire the parts I needed to fix my ship.>> He turned to Swordson and said <<relax Sunion and no my race is normally blue.>>

The Sunion stepped back a bit his eyes widened "how do you know what I am andalite, can your species read minds or is there something I am missing here." Kato smiled and said <Swordson there are things at play in not only your universe but this one as well that that none of us know. Your questions will be answered when I feel like it>

Ossanlin nods slightly, still speaking with Kato.  <<I see.  From the sound of it you were gone for quite some time.  Wish I could tell you the war was over, but it's still a stalemate.  Stagnant, no gains, only losses on both sides.>>  Ossanlin sighs as he takes another drink from the almost empty second glass.

Kato nodded to Ossanlin and said <<The last thing that happened in our universe was the destruction of the hork bajar home planet, I served with war prince Alloran. Do you know of him?>>

Swordson looked at the rest of the bar and said <my name is swordson, I am sunion and at the service of anyone here who is fighting what I will deem a just cause or needs someone taken care of>

-damn...I missed a lot...okay I'll post something. What about Keiko?-

~Slver~
She heard a commotion in the far corner and pushed it away as a possiible bar brawl. That was until she heard her mother's name. She jerked up to a stand and seen her mother. "Oh no..." She murmured and raved over to her parents hearing someone mention biostasis or something. All the noise faded and Silver's pale complexion washed out completely. Someone told her what had happened. "No!" She cried out and tears sprang to her eyes.

"Two people?" Keshin says curiously in a slightly softer voice. He mulls over the subject, putting his hand to his chin. <Joanne, what do you think?>

<Huh, well...we've tried to kill Myitt like three times already. That one's not gonna be easy. The only way to do it is to knock sweet lil' Tara out stone cold while Myitt's takin' in the rays.>

<And we both know what a pain in the ass that can be. What about Terenia?>

<The chick? I could take her. Nobody likes her and she wanders off alone pretty often.>

<So...>

"Terenia I can probably do," Keshin says in response to Tamora's statements. "Terenia is disliked by nearly everyone in the Bar and has a habit of wandering off. As soon as she does exactly that I can take her out. But Myitt will be harder. Myitt has a ton of friends to guard her and Tara's a skilled shot.  Plus, trying and failing to kill someone numerous times turns you off to the idea. I'll try to do that too, but not without complete assurance that after the job's done I'll get a significant sum."

Keshin then smirks slightly. "And no offense, but in your current position you probably can't promise me that last bit."

Ossanlin chuckles and shakes his head.  <<There is not a male, female, or child who does not know of Alloran.  He is now commonly known as "The Abomination"...the only widely-known andalite controller in existence.  His daughter is in her human morph.>>  Ossanlin nods towards Alic.  <<Aliciania...shares her father's opinions to some extent.>>

Elayne nodded and swiveled in her chair to watch the patrons lined against the bar's counter. Myitt looked awful. "God, I wonder what happened on that ship," she murmured to Mar. "They're miserable. All of them. And if that's Terenia, who's that talking with Keshin?" her eyes landed on Tamora. "Hope she's not making a deal with him; mine is what contributed to all of this."

Mar frowns at Keshin, as if suddenly noticing what he's doing. Elayne is right. Someone who has a physical shape similar to Terenia's is speaking to Keshin. However, Mar recognizes this person as the source of great sorrow. This is not good. Chaos will rain upon the Bar from a person in such a state. I should warn my new precious. ............isn't she???

A confused, slightly disturbed expression crosses Mar's face before he replies, "I'm...not sure what happened aboard that ship. But everyone, including two people of significance, has been giving me energy since they entered. That woman..." He then points to Tamora. "...whatever she is doing could only cause more problems. The bounty hunters appears to have no unshakeable loyalties at all."

"Maybe I'll just see what's going on," Elayne murmured to Mar and stood, dismissing any inclination she may have had towards caution. Imagining she had enough friends in the Bar to keep her safe and that she had learned her lesson about trusting the bounty hunter with any information, she grabbed her beer and wove her way through the maze of tables towards the two apparent human women.

She stopped about five feet away, far enough that she wasn't breathing down their necks, but close enough they couldn't easily ignore her. "Keshin," she put on an easy smile, giving a nod. "Hitting it off with the newcomer, I see?" She turned towards the woman--She really does look exactly like Terenia, she thought in amazement--and stuck out her right hand. "I'm Elayne," she said, the cheerful expression still plastered on her face.

Tamora's gaze had dropped back to the countertop while she weighed her options, a sketchy sort of plan forming in her mind. She looks up at Keshin, prepared to make some sort of offer, but is interrupted by a newcomer with an expression that looks incredibly out of place in this bar. Is it...cheerfulness? The concept seems almost entirely foreign.

"Tamora..." She responds hesitantly after Elayne introduces herself. For a moment she stares at the woman's outstretched hand without comprehension - handshakes were hardly common among the Yeerk Empire - but then the concept clicks and she extends her own hand in greeting. She glances behind the woman, trying to see where she might have appeared from, and realizes that this is the woman who was accompanying the oddly old-fashioned looking man. What interest does she have with me? Tamora wonders, Or is she one of Keshin's customers? Suddenly Tamora realizes just how many people at this bar might be paying Keshin for a variety of services.

----

Trey stands up abruptly, realizing that the action has drifted away from him. He decides that this would be a good time to put some research behind his ideas. He passes by Mar's table, giving him a wary, uncertain smile as he does so, and makes his way out of the bar, towards his overturned ship.

---

<<Is your plan to stand here and intoxicate yourself?>> Efaen asks coldly. Terenia ignores her, hoof firmly planted in the fermented grass.

<<Focus is a necessity at the moment,>> Efaen goes on, pretending not to notice Terenia's indifference, <<You need to speak with Prince Ossanlin and gather our freedom from his watch.>>

<<Like hell,>> Terenia mutters back, having no desire to speak with her host. <<I've got other things to worry about right now.>>

<<Like?>> Efaen prods, <<You are not honestly contemplating speaking with that Yeerk rebel, are you?>> She laughs mirthlessly in Terenia's head, <<You know he will never forgi->>

<<No.>> Terenia interrupts firmly, <<I am trying to figure out how to get my sister alone. I do not...I have no misconceptions about Corliss' opinion of me.>>

<<Good.>>

"You keep looking at that Andalite chick." Cody said to Claxter. "You got the hot for her?"

<Not that it's any of your business, but I enjoy the company of that Andalite female.>

"So go talk to her."

<I must remain here to watch you. Besides, she is currently controlled by a loathsome self centered waste of a Yeerk. I doubt Terenia would allow Efaen to speak to me. She probably fed just before we got back just to delay the inevitable.>

"I'm just bored watching you look at her."

<It isn't my fault no one wants to talk to a psychopath.>
