"No problem," Asda said, "and thank you."

While they waited for Parker to wake up, Asda turned her attention to Morgan.

She took his arm and cleaned the scratch.

"It's not too bad, but it might need a few stitches," Asda said.

She dug into her bag again and quickly stitched up Morgan's arm. Then she wrapped it in fresh gauze.

In the commotion Claxter remembered seeing Joanne draw a weapon that may have been a dracon beam. If she was a Yeerk, then the friendlyness was a facade. He decided that since he hadn't immediately noticed, he would allow her to think he wasn't suspicious of her. He wasn't sure if it was right to blast the Yeerks here and now. He didn't want to endanger the patrons, though his Prince would put tail into him for even hesitating to eliminate a parasite.

To the female Andalite's surprise the bar was bustling with a number of familiar - and quite a few unfamiliar - lifeforms. There were several Andalites there, and she made a mental note to keep her distance. There was also a Gedd and several humans. She knew from experience that the humans were probably actually Yeerks, which boded well for her mission for fuel.

Upon closer examination she noticed that the majority of the occupants (who weren't engaged in conversation) were consuming some sort of beverage or food. This realization made her stomach grumble, and she remembered that it had been a solid day since her last meal. She approached the bartender, keeping her tail at half-mast and her stalk eyes watchful.

<Do you have any sort of grass supplement?> She asks the bartender. The bartender did not reply, but disappeared behind the counter for a moment, returning with a small tray of what appeared to be various flavors of grass. She accepted the tray and placed it on the ground, crushing the grass with her left hoof.

Parker slowly blinked his eyes open. He was on his back and staring at a whole in the ceiling. <Ugh, I did that, didn't I?> He sat up and saw the BT looking rather peeved at him. "What are you staring at? This place fixes itself, besides this place could use a skylight." Parker got off of the table and apologized to Morgan for dropping in front of him.

Thor filled Parker in on the situation of what happened while he was out. Parker shut his external speakers off and said to Thor, "Ah, so now would be a bad idea to take off my helmet I take it."

<Yes, yes it would. I detect multiple firearms and by the looks of the technology, I don't know how much our shields would hold them off.>

"So they're like Beam Rifles, only in pistol form?"

<It seems so.>

"Great."

Parker reactivated his speakers and patted Ossanlin and Zoshonel on their shoulders. "Thanks guys. I underestimated the effect the blast would have on my trajectory."

He looks to the new Andalite and human and gives a half wave to both of them as he introduces himself, "Hi, I'm Parker. Sorry about the crash," He then asks openly,"I didn't hurt anyone did I?"

Asda had just finished bandaging Morgan's arm when the question was asked if anyone had been hurt.

"Nothing series," Asda said. "What I need to know is are you all right? No concussion? How do you feel?"

"She's a doctor," Morgan explained. "Don't mind the questions."

Half-answering Morgan, Parker said, "Not at all." He looked up at Asda, just now noticing her. "Well, you're new." He extends his right hand in greetings to one of Asda's unoccupied hands, "I'm Parker, I'm fine my suit absorbed all of the impact. Isn't technology grand?"

Since Parker was ok, Zoshonel decided to return to his spot in the rafters. The floor had become rather crowded with both Andalites and Yeerks. He didn't want to be caught in the middle of anything. With Temrash gone, he supposed he could hang out with Parker. Though he wouldn't admit openly that he'd rather be with someone than be on his own. Adults didn't worry about being on their own, right? Only children cling to others for support all the time.

Joanne nods, watching the exchange with the strange AI, quite impressed.

<Now that's some tech the Empire doesn' have.>

<Impressive, yes. Although he seems far too noble to require our kind of service. Like a knight.>

<Oh come off it. Everybody's got problems, Kess.>

Noting that the man appears to be unharmed, Joanne walks away from him and sits at the bar, ordering a glass of orange juice. The bartender complies quickly and provides Joanne with her drink, who sips it happily. There's nothing quite like relaxing at the Bar, even if it is something of an eventful place.

Asda returned the handshake and said with a smirk, "Good, that makes one less person I have to patch up. It's nice to meet you, I'm Asda. Ship's doctor on The Cursed Pride."

To Morgan, Asda said, "Captain, I'm going to have to check that tomorrow.

The Andalite's stalk eyes focused on the one named Parker when he spoke, but she does not respond immediately. Instead, she finishes her grass and meanders over to him, hoping to get lucky.

<Hello. My name is Terenia. It appears that my ship mysteriously ran out of fuel. I was wondering if you knew where I could find a replenishment? Or at the very least, if you could tell me what this place is?>

<I too ran out of fuel.> Claxter said. <Though that was because I flew my fighter around space long enough for the fuel ran out. Eh, broken navigational computer.> He said. as crowded as this place was getting, he felt it wouldn't seem suspicious if he stepped outside and tended to his computer. He just wasn't sure how to sabatoge it in a way that made it look like an accident.

<Ah,> Terenia said, looking the other Andalite up and down suspiciously, <You wouldn't happen to know where we are, would you? My navigational systems are up, but they were giving me strange read-outs when the computer spit me back into real space.>

<I really can't tell. I thought I was in the middle of nowhere, and when my fuel tank got low I hoped for a quiet place to think that was away from other Andalites and Yeerks. I found a spot, but it seems intent on dissapointing me in other ways.>

*Joanne snickers at Claxter's comment. "My friend, this is just about the most busy Bar you're ever gonna find. If it isn' furballs like yourself, it's the parasitic evil empire needin' some job done or even an inter-dimensional whack job. Hell, dead guys are just lyin' around sometimes. Pick another place before the bartender eats your soul or somethin'."

Joanne then sips at the orange juice and stares onward.

Ossanlin looks briefly to Parker and smiles with his eyes.  <You are most-certainly welcome, my friend.>

Ossanlin trots over to the two new Andalites, keeping his main eyes on Claxter but sparing a stalk eye for Terenia, the other stalk-eye watching Alic.  <To answer both of your questions, this place really isn't a place.  It's not on star-charts, in fact, it's not completely in our reality.  Not that we're dead, merely that this seems to be a place where several universes overlap rather closely...in fact, they all seem to occupy the same space.>  Ossanlin points to the BT... <He might know what's true, but he won't talk...in fact he never talks.>  Ossanlin points in the general direction of Morgan, Asda, and Parker.  <They're from two distinctly separate Universes.  In both, humans are capable of spaceflight on their own.  Parker, the one in the armor, is a soldier from a Universe where humans are engaged in a war with some alien confederacy known as the Covenant, and Morgan and Asda are intergalactic pirates from yet another Universe.>

Ossanlin smiles a bit.  <Indeed your nav. computers would appear broken, or malfunctioning...th is place doesn't really exist...not normally anyway.  It's in the middle of a rather significant space-time distortion...if you take a look at the stars... Mithlit appears next to the Blade Star...what's more is that your nav computer, if it functions at all, will display the two stars merely 200 lightyears apart.  The only logical explanation is that time and space are warped around this place...a bending of reality as it were.>  Ossanlin raises an eyebrow, not mentioning that the twisting around this place was more than easy for him to perceive as a Silver Blade...no need to bring that up.

Ossanlin looks significantly at both Andalites with his main eyes.  <Ah...fuel...and needed so far away from home.  Not many Andalites head this way...not many at all...yet so many people come.  It's a very interesting place, never dull or boring.  I can't believe that either of you were ordered this way...there must be other reasons for both of you being here other than fuel.>

Ossanlin looks again at Claxter with his main eyes.  <I suppose you more or less admitted that you deserted didn't you?  You have the look of a Warrior.  Problems with the war, or problems taking orders?>  Ossanlin smirks a bit and looks at Terenia with his main eyes.  <That does not explain you however...I must admit that I am curious as to why you've come this way.>  He turns his main eyes back to Claxter again.  <And why you've run away...>  Ossanlin gestures to Alic.  <She and I have been the only Andalites here for quite some time...suddenly two more pop out of thin air.>  Ossanlin raises his eyebrows significantly as if the two new-comers arriving simultaneously must mean something.  He avoids using his name as well as Aliciania's.  His was known to most who went through the academy, and Alic's too if for a different reason.  Being the daughter of Alloran generally meant others were cruel and hurtful...he wouldn't do that to her.  She could give her own name if she wanted.  They'd probably laugh if Ossanlin said he was himself...a strange backwater bar wasn't exactly the place to find an Electorate poster-child or the commander of a flagship.  They'd either laugh or bolt depending on the circumstances.  Something Ossanlin wanted to avoid.
