Ossanlin squeezed Alic's hand gently. So the young Andalite wanted to avoid both species...not such a big surprise to find him way out here then. He smiles a bit before yet another newcomer enters the bar...a human...most-likely a controller. The brief dialogue between Corliss and this newcomer as well as the look Corliss directed at Alic and himself spoke volumes. This controller was dangerous...perhaps as dangerous as Temrash, but without the goodwill. Ossanlin's tail flicks side to side in a slightly agitated fashion and his right hand hovers near his modified shredder. He squeezes Alic's hand a little tighter as the tension builds steadily.
The crash and carnage from the ceiling startle Ossanlin and he jerks his body to the side against the bar, both hands drawing his modified shredders in one fluid motion, his tail arching over his back in the traditional ready-stance for tail-fighting, both shredders levelled at....Morgan...or rather the table in front of him. Ossanlin looks a bit closer and immediately recognizes the armor-clad hand jutting from the debris and holsters his shredders again. He steps up next to the dragon-like creature Zoshonel, whom had already removed most of the debris from Parker's body. He wraps his sinuous tail around Parker's immobile form and uses the powerful muscles to push the armored human back into a more natural laying position...except that he wasn't laying exactly...his limbs seem to be frozen in somewhat unnatural positions even though the debris has been removed.
((Parker, I'm assuming some things that may not be true here, so if I'm wrong, please tell me and I will gladly revise my post. The image I had stuck in my head was the scene when Chief lands back on Earth after jumping from the Prophet's ship and the gel layer seizes the suit when he hits. Like I said, if this is wrong, please let me know and I'll change it.))
A strange being walks in carrying a bag of what appears to be medical supplies. Vaguely Ossanlin remembers Morgan calling his doctor in to help. <It looks like his armor absorbed most of the blow...I'm unsure how it can be removed to examine him...perhaps there is a computer interface, or perhaps we can make contact with his Artificial Intelligence, Thor.>
Ossanlin shakes his head a moment and then looks up as the younger Andalite approaches to survey the damage. Ossanlin doesn't exactly look the picture of his station, battle harness wrapped around his torso and katanas hanging at his belt. He nods and smiles a bit at the other male. <Hello...you look to be troubled. What brings you way out here? This isn't exactly a popular haunt for our kind.> Ossanlin doesn't use an authoritative tone...if this male was a rogue, he didn't want to scare him off...best to learn the circumstances of his situation first.
