((Sigh. Sometimes it's hard to determine what power-gaming is. Just to make a quick example...regarding the sword quote...instead of assuming you hit (even though we accept that it's not going to do much good...) say something like... "Parker's sword skims over, aiming at the creatures back. Parker attempted to use gravity and his own strength to draw a large gaping whole in the creature's back." That way zombz has a chance to respond...the creature is quick, it might've dodged, or it might not have. Generally you want to let the controlling person decide whether their char takes the hit. On the other side if someone never takes a hit, it's a different kind of powergaming...it takes practice is all. We're glad you're here Parker and we all want you to stay, all we're asking is that you make an effort, and you obviously are. Don't worry too much, we'll let you know if we think something goes too far.))
Ossanlin feels Parker's presence and direction of motion even before he starts his maneuver. Ossanlin spreads his front legs to allow the armored human to pass beneath hiim more easily. He readies energy and gathers it, raising a hand and focusing powerful light energy into Parker's sniper projectiles as they leave the barrel, increasing their power and causing them to trail streaks of white hot light through the air. If the human's shot was good and the creature didn't dodge...those projectiles might do some damage.
At the same time he closes his eyes and readies a null-time field with only a hope that it might affect the creature. If the thing could transcend time itself...it wouldn't do any good, but it was worth a shot. He opens his eyes, and they glow bright blue as he attempts to freeze the creature in place, attempting to construct a field of void time around the entity.
Ossanlin's distinct timestream energy radiates out from the GESB, undetectable to most, but shining like beacons across light-years to those who could sense time itself.
