"Hmm?" Corliss says, squinting at Temrash.  "Oh, yes, well.  I doubt very much your allies, whoever they are, know every movement of Visser Three's troops."

[Chad32]

"They aren't very high up, but word would get around if an Andalite Prince and state of the art Andalite ship was captured, as well as an important rebel figure. If Visser Three didn't broadcast his victory for all to hear, like he loves to do, rumors would still get around fast."

"Besides, they are there to keep a loose eye on things for me."

[Myitt]

Corliss considers this.  "Perhaps," he admits, "but I really hope they haven't been captured, is my point.  There's not much I can do about it now, short of beaming on board their ship."

[Chad32]

"I guess that's true. If they've been killed then it would be safer to simply get over the loss. If they've been captured, the it's unlikely we could rescue them. It's still good to know, though."

Temrash got up and started going to his ship. "You can come with me if you want. Or you can sit there and drink."

[Myitt]

"Reckon I'll stay here for a bit," Corliss says with a sigh.

[Chad32]

Temrash went to his ship and keyed in the commands to talk to his spies. A Human controller picked up.

"Hello Temrash, sir. What may I do for you?"

"Hello Undall. I'd like to ask if there have been any reports of an Andalite ship in the vicinity."

"Andalite ships? let me check on any reports."

Some time passed before Undall got back.

"Um, yes. There was a ship. It seems the bugfighters engaged them, but they narrowly escaped."

"I see. Thank you. Anything else?"

"That is the entire public report, sir. Would you like us to investigate further?"

"That won't be needed. Temrash out."

Al nodded at Keshin's comment with a wink. "Couple of loners, eh? That's as good a reason as any to get away. And I suppose you're just passing through here?"

Salem chuckled quietly, in spite of himself, seeing Silver and Parker's affection for each other. Silver almost reminded him of her. "I'm getting the feeling this is a good place to be. Maybe I'll catch some of your luck while I'm here," he said to the pair with a smile. "I'm a trader. Technology, techniques, and genetics mostly. Anybody interested in offering something?" He glanced around the table.

Silver thought a moment and then reached into a litle pocket on her pants and pulled out a small leather bag. She sat it on the table. "I haven't been many places, I'm afraid, but from the sounds of it you see many things with your trading. Alsthough since my father is a smuggler, I guess I should have mentioned it earlier. Never crossed my mind until now. Have any of you seen this before?" she asked and loosened the draw string on the bag and pulled out a small blue and green crystal that fit right into her palm. "Don't ask where it came from, couldn't tell you if I tried."

[Chad32]

Temrash left his ship and reentered the bar to tell Corliss the good news.

"They actually did get spotted, but got away. See, that wasn't so hard. No more worries." He said after sitting back down. "Not sure how they got spotted, but I guess we can ask them when they get back. It shouldn't be too long. We might want to round up that girl. Doesn't look like she's in the bar with us."

[Myitt]

Corliss looks over at Temrash.  "Really?  You're sure it was the Mirage?"

[Chad32]

"Unless it was another Andalite ship that coincidentally dropped by and barely escaped." He said. "Anything else bothering you? Not that I'm bored or anything."

[Myitt]

Corliss shrugs.  "There are rumors of guerrilla Andalites on the planet, but I hope it really was the Mirage.  Thank you for checking, mate.  Now please, leave me alone."  He sips more of his beer.

[Chad32]

"I like Myitt better." Temrash said, and walked off in a huff with his drink. He downed some more of it and sat back down with Gaz and company while trying to get himself a tad inebriated.

"Hey guys."

She had wandered for a long time now, the light had darkened a bit and she realized that she had no idea where she was or where to go. "This isn't good....." she thought as she bit her lip and looked around her surroundings. "Which way is it? I am in so much trouble, Temrash told me to be careful......Crap."

The Director sat quietly while the two discussed the topic of their misunderstanding of his question. After Temrash leaves, The Director leans in says so that Temrash wouldn't hear, "Actually, I wasn't talking about your sister. I've never met her. No I meant our Andalite friend. You know, the one you wanted a private moment with? You guys pair off, these soldiers come here, they leave, then you show up alone. She alright?"
