(Yah, I've got violin and library stuff going on, so I'm away for most of the day. Oh, yeah. I'm making a wiki about RAF. I'm SO including you guys! I'll let you know when I've got something at least half-way done. It will be 'RAFipedia'. ;))

(Oh, that's cool. :) Well, what a coincidence. I won't be on much either. See you guys tomorrow, then.)
If you are not in my avatar, and would like to be, or if you changed your name and avatar and would like me to update it, PM me. I cannot add or change anyone at the moment as I lost the file I use for this, but if people still want in, I'll work on it.

(Well, I'll be gone from 1:30 Central Time to Heaven-knows-when, and then I'm leaving to see an opera around 5:00.)

<Gee, that shouldn't be hard at all!> I said sarcastically as I paced the floor. <Wolf against Lion... according to your calculations, Ais, I should be the loser...>

<What about polar bear against lion?> I said with a mental grin, taking a step forward.

<That might work... but how would we "FORCE" him to demorph?> I wondered as I watched Alistair, never taking my eyes off him, in case he attacked. <But be careful... he knows how to use his morph better than you do...>

<Ais said something about morphing--she said that if you stay in morph too long--you'll be trapped in that morph forever. I don't think Alistair's Yeerk wants to spend the rest of his life as a lion. We should fight him until he's seriously injured. Until he's bleeding heavily. Then, he'll have no choice but to demorph, right?>

<Good logic. Just make sure that you don't kill him outright, please. I'll be here to cover you, if he proves to be too much trouble. I know how a cat fights.>

(Sorry for the uber-delay. I've had tonnes of stuff going on, and I'm leaving in nine minutes.)

<That would actually work> I said, thoughtfully. <Alright... lets seriously injure Ais' brother, shall we?> I said, as I lunged towards the lion. I snapped at his back, and dodged his paws as he swung at me. <Oh ho! Lets see THIS feline try to kill a wolf! Oof!> I said as he body-checked me, and I fell to the floor.

<Careful, Edward. A lion is like a leopard on steroids.>

I lunged at Alistair's flank, using the jaguar's low-slung body and heavy musculature to lever him onto his side. I swatted at his face, and he almost gutted me with his hind-paws. I leapt away with four lines of blood across my hip.

<Watch out for the back paws, Leah!>

(Okay. Going now. Bye-ee!)

The moment I saw an opening, I lunged. I barreled into the lion, knocking him onto his side. It wasn't enough, though. In a split second, he was on his feet again. And he was angry. But instead of attacking me, he charged Edward. I bolted forward just in time to stop the lion from tearing out Edward's throat. <Saving me for last?> I teased.

I stepped back a little as they all ganged up on the lion, who was apparently Ais's brother. Again, I was currently out of the loop on what was going on but I knew I had to do something. Besides, I knew going into this thing that things could get violent. I shook myself to loosen up a little and prepared to charge at the lion. He was over by the wolf, and a polar bear was attacking him.

Dang it, with those two by him I could risk hitting them instead of Ais's brother.

It was then that I remembered there were a few other people around that had been with the lion*. If I couldn't help them fight the lion I could make sure they didn't try to intervene. Best of all, I would hopefully not have to fight any of them.

<Alright then, I'm warning all of you that if you try to intefere with this fight your going to have to be dealing with me.> I bared my teeth a little to make it look like there was some possible threat in me.

*There are others, right? They were mentioned earlier.

<Rich! It's us! The lion is my brother, and he's a Controller. We're trying to injure him and then pin him to force him to demorph. He only has a little bit of time left in lion morph, and if he's hurt badly enough, he'll HAVE to demorph. Then, we can knock him out and tie him up for three days to kill the Yeerk. Just DON'T kill him!>

I leapt over the lion's back, kick-slicing him from above. I landed next to Edward, to block Alistair from diving at him. Alistair snarled and swiped at me, and I gashed his muzzle.

<Yeerk, just give up now. You're out-numbered and over-powered. You cannot win. Best-case-scenario, you'll be trapped permanently as a crippled lion. Demorph and come with us.>

<Do you think that I'm STUPID, or something? You'll just kill me, either way. All you care about is my host, your brother. What makes you so sure that he wasn't voluntary?>

<Ali would never do that to our family!>

<Are you willing to bet his life on it?>

I snarled and dove at him, tripping his front feet and grabbing the back of his neck. The thick mane prevented me from getting a good hold on him, though, and before I knew it, I was the one pinned to the ground. I rolled and slashed at his gut from below, leaving five deep gashes. He yowled and I jumped away as he let go.

<A little help, here?>

<Wow, Alistair... that was kind of stupid... you basically TOLD us that there's a Yeerk in your head. Talk about verification!> I commented as I lunged for Alistair's back. I landed on his back, snapping at his neck, but he rolled, and slammed me into a wall. Due to hitting my head on a metal pole, I blacked out.
