I kind of imagine talking [at great, extensive length] to a Hork-Bajir being sort of like that scene from that cartoon movie version of Tarzan where Jane and Tarzan first meet and she just won't shut up and poor Tarzan just has no clue what she's saying.

i would like an andalite but i hate the idea of keeping an intelligent creature as a pet. That's just like saying you're having a pet human.

I agree with the friend more than pet part. Ax would be fun to have as a friend, but you'd have to watch the food. But I'd love having him here and we've been having homemade Cinnabons mix lately too. mmmm bunzzzzzzz

(although my real alien friend preference would be Cole, from Tracker...10yrs after it went off the air and I still totally love it)
