Why?

Well because it wouldn't be right to keep a sentient as a pet, but if I were going to do so my Yeerk would be able to swim in a fish bowl like some really large sea slug, no one's the wiser. An Andalite or Hork-Bajir would be too hard to keep hidden, a Helmacron would just get lost, and a Taxxon would scare me to death. ;D

Hmm. I think Andaliteand Hork-Bajir are my top two, not sure which order. A modern Andalite would be great, but a primitive Andalite would be cool as well. I mean, A modern Andalite would be a great friend, but a primitive Andalite (like in the Ellimist Chronicles) would be more like a pet.

But you know what would be awesome? The Ellimist. I'd be like, "Ellimist, I'm bored. I want a pony!" and then my pet Ellimist would be like "I give thee.... SEABISCUIT!"

I wouldn't want any of those as pets because they're sentient and I probably wouldn't be able to sleep with a Taxxon in the house anyway.
But I want a Hork-Bajir sidekick. That would be amazing.

I wouldn't anything of these to be a 'pet' because that is disrespectful and wrong (especially to an andalite, being a 'pet' to a 'lesser' species)

But I would like to have an andalite as a friend or acquaintance. But not a pet, definitely not a pet. Next a hork-bajir as a friend. they would certainly make for entertaining conversation, basically a one-way conversation...
