and i don't know bout grizzlies being more agressive. the polar hunts for its food, while the grizzly eats more roots and such then anything else

Grizzlies are more aggressive because they are territorial; they fight for land and such. Polar bears rarely fight over territory, and it doesn't take a a lot of aggression to kill a seal.

For the record. When I posted this I knew it was an abnormally large grizzly and not really truly representative of Rach's morph. But still. It's freaking huge. Even a bear half that size (aka the size of Rachel's morph) commands respect.

agreed, an 8ft tall bear isnt sum1 ur wana mess with, which is why the scene in book 16 with the mop was classic

and yes grizzlies are territorial, but so are polars, they are extremely solitary. so i dk, itd be a messed up experiment, but itd be interesting to see the results in a fight between 2 equally matched individuals

That is one large bear. o_o

I was watching a show about raptors yesterday, and they attached a camera to the back of a peregrine falcon and showed all this awesome hunting footage.  It definitely made me rethink how dangerous Tobias would be in battle.
