Thanks, Myitt! It'll be good to have some kind of idea of who/what she's looking at soon.
And Scin, I'm pretty sure what everyone is pointing out is a couple things.
1: To have a weapon that powerful is, regardless of how you happen to use it, considered power gaming. It's like saying you have a laser rifle that can instantly shoot down the blade ship, but that you won't use it on anyone else. The issue isn't whether you're actively going around shooting it at everyone, it's that you have something that powerful and the only limitation you place on it/yourself is that you choose not to use it. That's like Superman's limitation being that he occasionally lets the bad guy get away. Not that there's anything wrong with being powerful, per se, but there are limitations.
2: What you're doing, flattening that much area, can't help but hurt/disrupt others outside of your immediate situation. 2A: Have you ever tried to flatten just one ant with your thumb when it's somewhat near others? You can't do it very well. 2B: What evidence do you have that it would even work? 2C: Doing that much damage will force everyone to pay attention to what you're doing, rather than allowing multiple scenes of action to take place in the same general area. Note how I had Vanessa yelling over the com randomly, and let other people decide if they heard her. And if no one had helped, as I said, I would have had her barely manage to land the thing without wrecking anyone else's situation.
