Good way to put it, thanks Gymn. Like I said Myitt, I could've hit Frederick with the EDGE of the pulse so that it doesn't hit the bar. Or, I could've found a way to focus the beam. But I just demolished the idea. My ship is not going to be able to complete it's power-up, due to recent damage.

But, now, BEFORE I go ahead and do this, I have to ask: Is it ok if my ship has a cloak? That way I can follow above Artemis and sneak up on Frederick. It may even give frederick time to 'enslave' artemis, if that is the plan.

As far as I'm concerned a cloaking device is fine.  My yacht has a cloaking device, and a cloaking device won't affect everyone in the RP.  There may be some people with the ability to sense your ship through the cloak, I don't know Chad's capabilities, he might be able to sense life-forms...but see it doesn't affect everyone, so go for it.

As long as you just try to hit Frederick, and do not flatten a quarter of the planetoid, then go ahead--it wasn't clear that you were using the edge of a beam or pinpointing the vampire, from your description of flattening a quarter of the bar's landscape with a steamroller.

A cloak is fine.

Thanks again for understanding guys!

Oh, and Tara...:

"Christ, all right," Corliss mutters, half to Temrash and half to Mike.  "Help me strap her in, someone."  He sets about pulling the gurney's living metal restraints out from underneath the table.  The first two snake around Terenia's prostate form like translucent worms, meshing together at her chest and thighs.

I didn't know Efaen in human girl morph had a prostate.   XD  j/k  Things snaking around a prostate....sounds like a really good time!  XD

hahaha, great. Apparently my human morph was a little misguided. Failed frolis, anyone?

Scinlao - thanks again for understanding. I know it seems like we're all harping on you, but we're just trying to keep things fun for everyone.

Chad - I'm not sure what you mean by you want Fredrick to "succeed at something", but just make sure he's not too powerful, okay?

Also, I'm back at work, so back to posting once a day or so.

Oh, it's fine. :).

I have to admit, I was a little scared there for a moment. I was having a hard time understanding what was wrong. But, I get it now.

Even though  I would be be "using the edge of a beam or pinpointing the vampire", I think I'll just stick with the cloak and phase'rs now. :)

Oh, and just so we're not confused about phase'rs too :P

These are not Star Trek phase'rs. Neither are they lasers. It stands for PHASE Rotillum. It's something I came up with when I was younger. First, I invented the projectile Flak Rotillum. Rotillum is a latin derivative, from robum(power, strength) and tellum(weapon). It is a projectile that saps shields, and then detonates on the hull. The Phase Rotillum is the same principle, but for the fact that it is an energy weapon. It's orangey-yellow, like star trek phasers(PHASEd Energy Rectification). The are more powerful than Lasers, but not as accurate.

And as Nefenok was trying to tell Vogefac, cloaking sapped their energy, and all they have for firing these now is Manual Targetting. So, as long as Frederick keeps moving, he should be able to keep safe. although the heat from phase friction and kinetic friction might singe him a bit. :P. Reptilinod have remarkable reflexes.

I'll try not to make him too powerful. Have I been doing ok so far? I didn't really catch the prostate thing. I don't think that's a female organ, man.

That was the joke Chad.  :p  Only guys have prostates, and it's very fun to apply pressure to them.  *ahem*  Not that I would know...well...back on subject...

I think its cool how they follow Artemis like that. Anyway, she is going to fight, but Fredrick is going to win her over since her mind and such is too emotionally jumbled to fight him off properly.

lmao, Luke. Wow.

Chad, it's hard to say. Honestly I haven't been paying much attention to Fredrick's battles because they haven't really involved me and I'm not big into the "let's all brawl!" thing. That's one of the reasons I knocked Terenia out early when the first battle got started. I'm at the bar more for character development than for bar fights (for the most part).

It was mostly just a friendly reminder. If you create a character for the purpose of "being a villain" to everyone in the bar, you have to accept the fact that most people in the bar will want to and probably try to kill him or her. Meaning they won't be very long-lived characters, most likely. Which is one of the problems of having a character that exists solely for being an antagonist. That, and there's not much chance to develop them. Also, they are mean. :P
