Uhm, whoah Lumy. O.O; Did...did not see that possible result coming. X)

I mean it is true that Mar's strange arm functions canonically as a soul-storage and processing device, but it only does that when he gets specific permission to do it. I guess it's the legal consent rule of theoretical metaphysics or something. XD

Then again, it/they did basically assert ownership anyway...but their physical integrity is apparently not great. I'd be interested to find out why. <3

*Shiiiiivvveer* Not sure, with demons. It's up to Lumy, here, to decide what it is he wants to have happened with Soul Composite Eldritch here. It is is very cool for us to see the takes of two different people on this messed-up little world of monsters and gods. ~__~

Ike seems to be in a very interesting position on that end. He's somewhere between being himself and being a pawn, and his decisions suggest he's never sure at any given time which he is.

Puppets are easier to control when they can't see the strings. I'm reminded of the Andalite cyborg character. When the not-borg was controlling him, it made him think the decisions were what he wanted. When Temrash was in his head, he started panicking and resisting.

Since Ike is religious, all The One had to do was convince him it was Yaweh, and he was on board. Even after Mar's discussion  with him, he still considers it some god that could offer heaven.

I'm kind of making Venvolar's rules up as I go along, so if you guys feel something I do doesn't make sense, feel free to let me know :P In this case I figure that Chelsea, as the soul-in-control (power chord) at that moment, had all but given Mar permission, but Venvolar had not. Chelsea is still a part of the Venvolar... collective... thing. The 'boy' Venvolar stepped back into control before Mar could get ahold of Chelsea, locking her in again.

Haha... hmm... I don't know exactly what a soul goes through when stored by Mar, but I know there's very little chance of it being a desirable position to be in. Then again, neither is being 'stored' by Venvolar.

I like that 'puppet' take on Ike, Chad, whether you decide to use that or not. He's a very intriguing character to me.

Have I mentioned that Venvolar creeps me way the hell out? I will make up for him slightly with my next character, promise. I just had an especially dark moment of inspiration with him.

Creepy characters are ok. Just as long as they aren't overly hostile or something that young people really shouldn't be described to. Venvolar is cool.

I'm glad you like Ike. I enjoy hearing that I make good characters.
