There are like TONS of X-overs involving HP and Animorphs. Other fandoms I see alot crossed with Animorphs are SG-1, Star Wars, and various anime shows.

Or what about the Animorphs gang in Everworld?  That would be kind of cool to see....

Funny you should mention that. A few years ago I came up with an idea for a sequel to my current Animorphs fic (Animorphs Travels) where my character ended up in the Everworld universe. Can you imagine the possibilities? Half the population would think you were a wizard or a god, not to mention that (assuming DNA works in the same way in Everworld) you could morph all the strange creatures and gods.
