Kay, so I finished
Twig (I loved how cute and heartbreaking and dramatic and engaging that whole journey was) and just caught up on this one.
Wow, dude. You're really awesome at writing in general. The comedy is perfect here, there were points where I honestly couldn't breathe from laughter, and my family thought I was going insane.
Question, does this tie in with Seer at all? Are your stories canon with each other? Because it's just really funny seeing a normally quite dignified Toby knock herself out, get completely hammered, and projectile vomit all over a presidential banquet. XD Never mind, I went back and looked it up. You had that scene planned a while in advance, didn't you?
Now I remember reading that line in
Seer chapter 12 and thinking, "Wait, why would she ever be getting herself publicly intoxicated?" It all makes so much horrible sense now. Poor Toby. XD
