If you guys want to use your characters in the GESB, go ahead.  I originally asked for that not to happen, but that was back when I was posting in the GESB, which I'm not at the moment.  It won't bother me.  Just know that I won't personally be bringing Ossanlin back into the GESB, because it does confuse me.  I tried it once.  It just doesn't work for me personally.

Ouch Jessi and Chad...I've had that happen several times too.  I always highlight my post and copy it before I push the post button just in case.  >_<

Scott, I made it up, though Este deserves the credit for the idea of government-issue stim-tab use for Fighter Pilots.  That's a part of Enorryma's backstory.

I don't make a habit of it because it doesn't happen often, but it's quite annoying when it does. Something is bound to get lost the second time I try to write something.

As for deleted posts-- I've found that if you're careful with the back button and your refreshes, you don't have to lose posts. Firefox saves my typed text, so when the forum stops working, I just stop touching that tab until it is working again. Once it is, I hit the back button once and my text is still there, which I can then submit. Problem is that if I try to go back and the forum's still broken, I lose what I've written.

Awww...thanks Scott.  *hugs*  You're awesome too.  ^^  I hope you get some time to continue Salem's Story!  I miss reading it.


It's the same for me Chad.  That's why I started doing the copy thing.

Yeah, I do that to Scott. I was just a bit premature about it and lost everything.

I actually type my posts in Notepad first so I don't lose them. But I was a little too excited this time around and closed notepad before hitting post. *facepalm*

That'll teach me. I'll repost tomorrow. It was a bit of a tl;dr, but it's an important post and I don't want to skimp on it

Just to make sure I'm picturing things correcting, the following characters are on the Skimmer:

Farrah (and her Yeerk Isren)
Rythil (and Firin)
Xevec (and Derrel)
Nefitt (and Kevin)

The last guy is one of mine that Farrah would be likely to keep on hand.

Let me know if that's not right so I can modify my post accordingly.

I had assumed that Rythil and Firin were on their own bug, but it literally does not matter.  They can be on the Skimmer, it makes absolutely no difference to me one way or the other.

The only reason I'm thinking Farrah may have kept Firin close by is for the perceived extra protection a Hork-Bajir body provides -- even if technically it's useless.

But for the sake of simplicity on my post, I'll assume Firin is on his own ship. It'll make it a little easier.

Yeah, Xevec and Derrel. I don't think we ever decided which of your characters that Xevec escaped the empire with. They'll be worried mostly about Illim and Daniel, but also one of your characters too.

Honestly, it could have been anyone. Xevec could have even escaped on his own and made it to the rendezvous point.
