I think only the boy was ever mentioned. I forget how Visser Three found out about the connection, seeing how the boy was supposed to not know anything about it.

the boy's father was infested first, I believe... or at least one of the hosts of the father was...

I have a question, in book #7 the Stranger, on page #30 Rachel's says "I went up to my room and locked the door behind me" then her father knocks on the door and asked if he can come in, Rachel says sure and it says he came in...? What did he have a key? Am I missing something? if she locked the door how did he just come in?   :crazy:

maybe he thought it was funny to see three little creatures plugged into space and time in such a big way.  IDK though thats just speculation and I dont think it was ever explained.
