Animorphs 2011-the terror begins

james gazed up and down uselessly as he exited the crack into the store room. <what now?>

Lance and Marco both rocketed forward getting tired with the small confined space. They both soon he emerged from the crack together.

Scanning the area, Lance continued forward slowly. Demorphing as he kept close to the ground, he nearly stumbled before gaining his footing.

Marco demorphed slowly, performing a pose for everyone to watch.

Lance finished demorphing and immediately transformed to human morph. He was easily proving to be the fastest of the morphs, obviously seeing as he had already finished being human

(hey i was thinking? can james have a morphing talent? since cassie is pemenantly dead apparently. i've got a really cool idea for later if he can. if not i'll change this.)
james demorphed and tried to concentrate on having his head go last just to see what a human with a roch head would look like. he succeded.
a finger touched matt's shoulder and he turned. "AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!" he shouted at the sight of his best friend with a ****roach head.

Lance immediately began to scout the hallway for nearby enemies.

While Lance was gone, Marco stood gaurd at the door pearing through the tiny window

Tobias looked around slowly from his perch on the room,before lowering his head to preen some ruffled feathers,getting himself ready in case the group need him for some reason.

<I am almost to the door. Please open up...now> Lance called in thought speech as he came closer and closer.

Opening the door silently, Marco allowed Lance to slip through and into the room.

Jake, Shaun, Connor and Rachel all made it through the crack and appeared in the small supply room.

Jake was the first to demorph. Rachel was the last seeing as how she was more of the action type. Shaun finished before Connor.

"Okay I know Matt is leading us right now but before you can do anything more me, Marco and Rachel has to morph Hork-Bajir and go get you guys a morph."

Jake and Rachel started their morphs quickly and were finished in no time. They waited for Marco before they left. They exited the supply room to find three Hork-Bajir. They walked down the hall a little ways until they came across some gaurds there were only two so Jake and Rachel both went up behind them and slashed their throats quickly and quietly. <Marco go find one and only one and bring it back to the supply room.> Jake said.

((0.o uhm...ok suddenly Marco is outside of the room? Uhm okey doke))

Marco sped off, and returned shortly lugging behind him a massive hork-bajir.

Jake and Rachel returned and threw down the Hork-Bajir that they got.<Ok guys pick one and acquire it.>

<Thank you Tobias.> Rachel replied.

Shaun acquired the one that was closest to him. Connor acquired the one that was closest to him also but not the one that Shaun acquired.

Shaun started his morph and within minutes he was done. <This feels so weird, being like this is just weird.

((Btw. quick question. isnt it impossible to aquire dead creatures? i ask cuz i was like hmm if its not ima find a t-rex bone and aquire the dna!))

Lance demorphed then touched the one Marco had brought, and asked, <So, will this species have a higher or lower challenge to control?> As he finished the question, he was already changing to his newest morph.

<Yes it will.>Tobias replied to Lance.<The animal instincts will take over and you will lose yourself inside.>he said,still able to hear their thought-speaks,but just barely.
