I imagined him sorta' like this:Compound eyes, like a fly, but green,skin like a raisin, all violet-black and wrinkly,vestigial bat-like wings on his back,arms like a T-rex, all shrunken and useless,back-bent legs, like an ostrich,beak-like nose-mouth, almost parrot-ish.
-"Oh, Marco the funny one!" the creature cried, slappin its limp hands together. "How's Mommy, Marco? Is she alive or is she dead? Does she scream with the Yeerk in her head?"--"Cassie, the hypocrite? 'Don't believe in violence... except when I do.' Aximilli, the pitiful, pale shadow of his dead brother? If only you'd insisted on going with Elfangor, maybe he'd have lived. Too bad. And Tobias, ah, yes, Tobias. The boy not really so trapped as a bird, eh, but too gutless to resume life as a human? And Rachel. My very favorite Animorph." The thing smiled a lipless smile. "Rachel, Rachel. Do you feel the adrenaline rush of murderous desire? Do you feel the urge to reach out and destroy me? You and I have that in common."-Tht was pure genius as soon as he said that thing about Marco's mom I knew he'd be an interesting villain. I also think it would've been a good idea to have Rachel as the Ellimist's right hand man/woman. Too bad the ellimist didnt do anything in 54 or tht idea could've worked out perfectly.
