Well, so you're going through a strange submissive phase with your characters, huh?

Not intentionally--- It just sorta happened. :p Originally I wanted to watch the Doom that would occur if somebody tried to infest Mar's human body, and that....sorta...hap pened but more effectively than I'd like with Ike over there. X) A Yeerk would have some problems due to the confusing and creepy state of Mar's mind, but another Highest can screw him over.

Gallant meanwhile is just....being...Gal lant. XD Which involves: (1). Gathering useful information. (2). Flirting.

Wait, Hero of Legend died out before I left... didn't it?

It was somebody leaving and not responding that caused it to fall, or multiple people. Maybe it was you, maybe it wasn't. ;}

Also if Parker came back it really would be a party. !

RE characters aren't likely to come to the bar unless the thread truly dies.

I was hoping Ike would get infested too, since he's got something evil inside him too. Apparently the controllers at the bar are uncomfortable with someone being infested too willingly. Ike, being religious, figured the spirit of the lord would protect him. Something would, but it's more like Freddy Kruger than an angel.

Haha, nice. I'm working on the post now. The beginning will be an impressive scene. As are almost all of my characters' entrances.

I envisioned the infestation going fine, until the Yeerk went over (or was made to go over) the attack that led to Ike and his crew getting assimilated. Then as the creature grabs Ike, the Yeerk would start to feel something seeping through the skull and grabbing at it. Maybe the creature can't get a good grip because Yeerks are slimy, and it gets away, but can you imagine watching some horror scene and realizing that there was something still inside the host? It's like those old movies where they realize the calls are coming from inside the house.

I envisioned them standing outside, maybe not directly in sight of the door. Around a corner perhaps. If you're coming towards the bar, maybe you see them, but stepping out you wouldn't.

That might be the craziest entrance since the parallel universe hillbilly ship crash and Mar opening up some kind of eldritch horror portal with a trident. Never mind the reindeer. Who is this guy?

Haha, thanks. Did you ever read Parker's entrance? It wasn't nearly as explosive, but it was fun to write.


To clarify for you guys: This actually happened in the game from where my character originates. A Red and Silver dragon were fighting above a forest. My character and his charge (my character is the bodyguard of a wizard) flew up on a flying carpet to help. The Silver dragon vanquished the Red dragon before we got there. As we got closer, a Colossal Red Dragon started to fly toward the Silver dragon. My character's charge took out a Cubic Gate and we teleported ourselves and the Silver dragon to safety.

I'm just saying that the bar intercepted my character mid-teleport.
