No. If you destroy the amulet, then you just won't be able to get into the pocket dimension that the amulet leads to. It's more of a portal opener than a container. Fred's soul is already in the pocket dimension, which is why he serves The One. You'll need to steal the amulet to save Silver's soul. Also possibly Fredrick's. I like the character, and don't want him to die, but realize I should have been much more subtle with him.

It would have been a lot better if he was more secretive about what he was doing, and hadn't acted openly until much later.

What I mean is, if I destroy his BODY, could I retrieve His and Artemis's souls from the intact amulet?

The torpedo is only...3 feet long. Usually in a addition to manual targeting I would give it targte tracing technology, but since the Zetylon is already so close, that wouldn't be fair to Frederick. :P

Oh, right. Yeah, it would work. As long as you can kill one without destroying the other. The amulet isn't exactly made of diamond.

Edit: Besides, if anyone decides to save Fredrick's soul, he's going to need a body to go back to.
