"Our Summer Vacation" OOC thread

*throws confetti* I take it you've decided to join us. Yeehaw! It's more fun when you've got more players. Sure, we have lots of characters, but it's not the same when everyone's doubled up. Welcome Aboard!

Anyways.... I don't really know. I don't think she would have had anyone's phone numbers or addresses, unless we just want to say she got them behind the scenes. I think a logical way to bring her back in would be for her to hear about the search for Jo on the news or something and decide to go to that, to try and figure out what's going on. Unless we want to assume that she did get contact information somehow, she has no way of getting in touch with the rest of us until school starts in a week or so. (Correct me if I'm wrong, but today's Sunday in-game, and NEXT Monday is the first day of school. Somethin' like that....). She'd run into Jo, Brian, and Olivia that way.

In game the day is Sunday and School starts that TUESDAY.  (homecshoolers don't even know when school starts)  I'm so glad to have you around Marie.  Just so you know there will be a light shower with some thunder in game later.  (they must remember the weather)

EDIT: Prince Bear I come to you as a Yeerk writer that can't find her Visser.  Could you, as the mighty prince you are, allow me to control my the Sub-Visser character for now.  Jazar and Sandresh are lost without him.

I hate to say it, but I'll be gone from Friday evening till Sunday afternoon. I'm going camping!! I couldn't think of a reasonable way to put Sean Brian and Tarry out of play temporarily, but I figure they'll be fine. I figure y'all can do some mild Yeerking with my characters if needed.

American public schools start on tuesdays.  I can't get around that.

I really hope that we can pull off being public school students.  I don't know why they start on Tuesdays but they do.  Maybe Teach knows why.

We can be goofy and out-of-this-world public students. Too bad we didn't have the excuse this was our first year being public-schooled.

And I would guess that  Tuesday start dates for students are generally preceded by Monday teacher work days. The school is probably open on Monday, but there are no classes.

I was homeschooled but did some hallway lurking at a public high school.  Prince Bear is homeschooled too.  Tony isn't but HE ISN'T ON LINE or a teenage morpher.
