I apologize if I've already mentioned this one, but there's a line from the song "Lights Out" (don't know the artist) that goes "I still keep my watch two hours behind." I always picture Rachel singing that line (for obvious reasons). Unfortunately the rest of the song is just about somebody who used to live in Memphis, so I think it's a reference to different time zones. But still.
And I have a second thought to share. When the Animorphs found the Escafil device, they really ought to have hidden it in a modern art museum. It would have fit right in, everybody would have just assumed it was a piece of art, nobody would ever have touched it (and they'd even have unwitting guards making sure they didn't), and I doubt that looking at art would generally be high on the Yeerks' list of priorities. It'd be perfect.
